“I had such a lovely experience here. I have an autoimmune disorder and cant eat several things including rice. The staff went through and created a special menu for me to use so I knew what was safe to eat. The staff was very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend dropping in when you’re in Edinburgh.”

“Came here for dinner before our usher hall show. Heard great things about this place, and wow.. did not disappoint. The girls were so accommodating and although looked fully booked they were able to sit us down. The service was unreal and the food was amazing. Couple of the tables were giving them a hard time… despite them clearly being very busy. I’ll definitely be back!!”

“Been coming here for a few years now must admit its my go to for Chinese. Never had a bad meal yet .staff at the front off the shop are always welcoming and polite if you need something extra or a meal tweaked. They are happy to try and accommodate your needs. Plus gives my cooker a wee rest.”

They were also kind enough to inform my partner that a dish we had ordered and he had gone to pick up wasn't vegan safe and kindly offered to make us an alternative without charging us!”

“wagamama's food taste is good but i will say it's not like the actual korean authentic tastebud. took chicken options but they gave same sauce for both of the different dishes...no change. service was really good. you can pay in wagamama app from your phone and by logging in can get free prawn crackers.”

“Extremely good and authentic Thai food. I've been to Thailand once 10 years ago, and the taste of the red curry here immediately dragged me into the delicious memories. Both the chicken satay and the beef in red curry was very tender. Price is premium, but worth it. Would highly recommend the red curry”

“Might have to wait for your delivery but the fact it's piping hot when it arrives only means it's fresh cooked. Food was fantastic I recommend it to a large group so was a bit worried they might not approve. But happy to say they all loved it”

“Today, we had our dinner from Navayas. It was excellent, and the food was freshly prepared and of very high quality. The naan bread was delicious, and the curries were great too. The service was friendly, and the shop looked very hygienic. While you are waiting, you can see them prepare your meal. I highly recommend eating here.”

Its a Saturday night and going by reviews where delivery can take awhile, we ordered earlier (just after 5pm) It arrived with in the hour. (the first time I ordered it took around an hour and half) I love Thai food and know what I like and what to expect. I use to live in Edinburgh and have had have to almost every Thai restaurant in in Edinburgh and have tired all there Thai green curry. Thai for U Thai green curry is restaurant quality, pretty spicy but that is the way it should be. Also had the Spicy seafood glass noodles salad. So fresh and light with authentic Thai flavours. Highly recommended it.”

“Wow.. where do you start when everything was just perfect? The restaurant is set in what originally was a fine house with high ceilings, beautiful ceiling cornices, and a twist of Scotland added to the lovely Chinese decor. Staff... wonderful, very attentive, and you can tell they are proud of what they do, and really made it a nice evening. Food... OMG, probably the best I have had, certainly cannot think of a better one. I can highly recommend the King Prawn Satay. Just perfect on the spice heat, and soo delicious. My wife said her beef Lar Chee was really good as well. This restaurant is certainly worth travelling for, can highly recommend this restaurant. Definitely a 5 * experience. I only added photos of our desserts.. photos wouldn't do the starters and mains any justice. Thank you Cool Jade !”

“The type of charming local cafe that is sadly all too rare these days, serving a wonderful mix of traditional Scottish dishes and cafe fair with some authentic turkish options. The food is freshly and lovingly prepared to order delivered quickly and with relish. The prices are surprisingly reasonable given the quality. Staff very warm and welcoming and happy to cater to preferences. Ample seating inside and some charming outside tables give it s real Mediterranean feel in the Costa del nitten. Owner passionate about food and pleasing his customers. Only single downside is having to wait awhile for a table as it is so loved by the local community that it's always busy, which is the biggest green flag for a cafe one can give. Highly recommend.”
