They’ve worked so hard to try and get this pub back to its best and I really hope it pays off for them. The transformation inside is amazing, so light & bright and the bar looks fantastic. “Me and the lads come here atleast once a week on our dinner break, and we have always been met with great service from its staff. The food never disappoints. Theres a lovely lady named Tracy that has always been kind, helpful and approachable. The chefs are fast and the food is cheap, I would definitely recommend.”

“My family and I recently had a fantastic experience at Valentinos. The restaurant manager, Carlos, was the consummate host, with a comprehensive command of the menu, and able to offer a brilliant recommendation. Our drinks waiter, Giorgio, was extremely attentive and interacted wonderfully with our children; and Ryan, who dealt with our food, treated us like royalty. A class act all round.”

“Where do I start. Visited the sun pub for early dinner booked table online. After entering and been greeted by a friendly chap behind the bar was directed to our table which had my name on reserved. We ordered starters and a main food came out quickly and was absolutely great. We will definitely be returning to this pub for breakfast and Sunday lunches. The staff are all great and very attentive to customers. We didn't know until visit it's dog friendly aswell but we left the pup home . If you're hungry and in the area don't drive passed this brilliant pub.”

“Food You can't really beat the breakfast here as its a Premier Inn breakfast, so an all you can eat buffet. The kids, Mrs and myself love it. The only things I would alter is the bacon cooking a bit longer and adding chopped tomatoes, but for the price I won't complain about it. As with all the Premier Breakfasts you get the hot food, cereal, toast, jams, spreads, refils on tea and coffee. Like I said for the price its bang on. Service Each time ee have been here the table service is quick. The staff always make sure your table is free of plates so you can keep topping up the hole your trying to fill. Usually you can pay after your food but we always pay before. We have never had to have staff fix, alter anything while we have visited. Atmosphere Your typical Premier Inn restaurant style place, clean and tidy and kid friendly. Perfect for families or for business trips even if your on your own you cant really knock it.”

“Had a lovely meal at the Pheasant. Food was delicious and served on hot plates. Reasonably priced food, dog and kid friendly. Staff are all very welcoming. The bar tender called Will was brilliant, he was very accommodating and friendly. He couldn't do enough for us, he's an asset to the pub. Would highly recommend.”

“we arrived 2pm for late lunch on Thursday, we ordered mixed grills, fish and chips, steak pie. the mix grill was value for money, plenty of salad wirh mixed grill. steak pie was good. the fish and chips was just OK. Staff were friendly.”

Also made them aware that some members of the group were anxious and would prefer somewhere quieter. They went above and beyond our expectations! Plus their food is amazing! Will 100% be coming back. “We had a lovely lunch which was very nicely cooked and brought to our table with no waiting time even though the pub was busy. The staff are helpful and cheerful. A section of the pub is dog friendly and they even have a dog menu which our dog took advantage of and enjoyed a sausage served in a little dog bowl.”

“Did not have food here, only sat for another pint before going home. Great location right next to Museum of Leeds. Nice little square, close to Leeds University and other historical buildings in city centre. The place has a large and very convenient seating outside on a terrace. Excellent for summer times drinks and food, coming to chill with a friend or a casual date.”
