“My son has so much confidence after starting here. He's given frin scared of the water to completely finish stage 7 and now is like a water baby. Faz is fantastic with the kids. There are only 6 kids per lesson, and he gets in the water rather than standing and shouting at them, he encourages them and plays games to get them learn. Would highly recommend!”

“I could not recommend this gym highly enough. I’ve been a member now for nearly a year and initially signed up with some trepidation. As someone who is relatively unfit and plus size joining a new gym can be daunting. I’m very grateful to say I’ve once been pressured into signing up for PT (which has been an uncomfortable occurrence in past gyms) nor once been made to feel uncomfortable or out of place by either the staff or fellow facility users. The gym, changing rooms, pool and showers are spotlessly clean and well maintained and organised. There’s always a friendly face or someone willing to help or answer any questions. I’ve recently started attending some of the classes which I’ve not been brave enough to do in other gyms: water aerobics, Pilates and today my first kettle bells class. Each class allows for a beginner friendly option and the instructors have been so supportive and encouraging. I’ve felt confident and comfortable from the off with every activity I’ve engaged in here. Thanks all, you’re all doing a wonderful job!”
