There's parking at the side of the shop so easy to load your car. And they deliver if you can't get to the shop They are Easy to contact over messenger too Keep up the good work Thank you”

“FINALLY! i've been looking for a place that does donner kebabs like the ones in the past, this place does them. juicy thin strips that are just like the ones i've had 10 years ago, that traditional donner kebab taste and texture. staff was friendly and food was served quickly. will deffo be here again”

“Let me start off the with room. The room was great, incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed in it, only thing it did have was wifi but that wasn’t much of an issue for me. Next to the staff, there was one woman, a rather kind, funny and helpful woman, who made me feel like I was welcomed into the arms of the hotel. I first spoke to her when she was running the bar (wonderful selection of drinks), we chatted for ages, this made me feel like I was welcomed, she even rang me when I left my wallet at the bar to let me know (not everybody would do that). In the morning I went down for my breakfast and she again approached me with a smile and provided me with one the best breakfasts I’ve had in a while. The entire point of my visit was that I was going out in the town, the hotel was so close to the town centre which made getting there and getting back so much easier.”

“After staying at a Britannia Hotel before and being disappointed I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean, warm and comfortable. The evening meal was very enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We spent some time in the enclosed garden, shielded from the elements. Breakfast was also enjoyable, staff being very helpful and friendly despite obviously being very busy. We only had an overnight stay, but we were made very welcome.”

“I never have a problem with this location. The people are always very helpful and go out of their way for me. I was going out of town and needed my perscription before I left. There was a mixup with the order I made using the online form. Which was 100% my fault. I was so surprised and happy they were able to sort it out before I left!! Monisa is always smiling and helpful! However she really went over the top to ensure I got my medication! She is a fantastic example for fantastic customer service.”

“I have to say I've sprained my arm very badly & it's so painful. I visited our Well Pharmacy at Orford, Tuesday 15 July & was greeted/approached by a lovely meaningful Lady named Lisa, who dealt with my particular needs. On occasions I have been in the shop & witnessed her customer service which is next to none & exceptional in to today's ignorance of some staff, she's in control & puts customers first. Nice people should be made aware & let know Karen”
