“About 8 months ago I purchased three guinea pigs from this friendly place. All of them were in excellent health and have grown into beautiful adults. Recently I purchased two more babies to introduce into the colony. Both were healthy and have added to the pleasure of keeping these delightful little animals. The cavies and rabbits were all kept in good conditions and well fed. I had a good look at all of them and all the animals were obviously very well cared for. The owner was friendly and helpful and obviously cared for all his stock. As a former breeder, show prize winner and judge of guinea pigs I would highly recommend this breeder to anyone.”

“Best shop in Norwich with an awesome selection of tropical plants and animals. I love visiting to see the animals and plants, with a friendly and knowledgeable owner Joe. From praying mantis, snakes, tropical plants, scaping materials, tools and inspiration for making terrariums and vivariums to premade set ups. Its also nice to be able to support a local small shops, knowing you can get a more personal experience and help.”

“Both my dogs Sophie and Lexi went in to have their teeth cleaned and Lexi had to have 6 teeth removed. I must say the care from the reception team to the nurses to the vets was fantastic. The care they gave my dogs was 100% throughout. I have just joined rackheath due to my old vet trying to sell me procedures that my dogs did not need. Changing to Rackheath vets is the best decision I have made for my dogs and for me. The care they have for animals is so clear. “Brilliant vets. came to my home when I needed them. and was very supportive afterwards. they work hard and really care about the animals they see . Very rare now days. there is a car park opposite if you cant get one of the two spaces out the shop front .”

“Our 6 month old Labrador Rudy had an accident and managed to cut his paw quite deep and being on holiday we needed to see a vet as soon as possible, one visit as an emergency appointment and then a quick surgery to have stitches on both occasions everyone that looked after him were so helpful and caring less than a week after he’s healing nicely wish that all vets were this good”

“Outstanding veterinary practise. Every single member of staff I have come into contact with have been so kind, helpful and empathetic. Not once have I ever felt rushed during an appointment, in fact I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to make sure both my dog Jess and myself have been as comfortable as possible during a very worrying time. My sister recommended this practise to me, and she was absolutely right, they are fantastic. Also, I was quoted for an operation on my dog, (which I thought was very reasonable) and then after the operation I received the final bill and it actually came to less than the estimation by about £100 so that was a nice surprise!”

“Our 10.year old Whippet fell ill while we were on holiday in Cromer. We rang the vets at 8am and were given an appointment at 9.15 . The Reception staff and Vets were lovely with us .....we were in a bit of a state because we had a similar issue with our other dog which had a sad outcome . The staff were understanding and made us feel comfortable about the procedure that was going to happen to our fur baby .She was scanned and admitted. They did a full promethazine spay surgery”

“Brilliant, just Brilliant!! The 'crew' at Rushmere are wonderful and their attention to detail, individual animal requirements and characteristics is superb. We had to delay collecting 'Ted' for 24 hours due to a cancelled flight but a quick Email to let them know was answered with a very reassuring reply telling us not to worry and that Ted would be looked after. We will definitely have Rushmere Kennels as our first choice stay for Ted in future and highly recommend them if you are looking for boarding facilities for your dog (or cat). My only recommendation is that the earlier you can book the better so as not to be disappointed to find they are fully booked up. Thank you to all at Rushmere.”

“I have always used this kennels. My slightly nervous rottie rescue is always nervous on arrival but the girls always make her welcome and greet her at her level. By the time she is signed in she is relaxed and happy. The large enclosed paddocks are amazing and I know she has the best time as she never wants to leave when I collect.”

“I took my Cavapoo pup to Sally for a hair cut and she did an amazing job! Cut exactly as requested and she managed to fit him in the next day. Have already re-booked for his next trim.
