“Love this place..small amount of free parking and the lido has a main pool and a toddler pool. They have different swim sessions on so check the timetable. They have small changing areas and also toilets, server snacks and drinks. There are sun loungers with umbrellas and both a first come first served but free. Really lovely staff too. Really worth a visit”

“I Stayed here for a model railway exhibition in Dereham and it was a lovely hotel I arrived quite late and was greeted with the lovely owner who then made us some food which was AMAZING. He gave us some food for breakfast in the morning as we were going to miss it. He then showed us to our amazing room which was exceptionally clean and our beds were very comfy. Overall This is a amazing hotel and should have 5 stars”

“Lovely experience this morning! Visited for my first time and was immediately offered a tour of the facilities, really friendly staff here and they seem to know all the regular gym and pool users. The guy who gave me a tour and helped me set up a membership was really lovely and helpful. Overall I instantly felt welcomed. The pool users are all very friendly and chatty. I love that there’s music in the pool so you’re not lost in the depths of your own thoughts while you swim, just focus on having a nice time!”

“I just got back from darts tournament was proud of how well I played to was proud that I beat a very good top class player like josh pinder 4_1 in our group he however went on to the final where he unfortunately lost in a cracking final to a guy called john who's name I've forgot sorry but I played really well for first attempt at this tournament so very happy as I won my group .thanks to everyone there for being so nice & friendly Cheer's guys & girls”

“Lovely woodland walk and grass area for picnics, children to play. Small play equipment too. Used to come here as a child with our dogs and (now in my 30s) recently started coming back with my Fiancé and our dog. Love kicking through the leaves and forgetting the world for a while ☺ Look out for the wooden carvings in the trees!”

“I use the Olympic-size swimming pool here, which is excellent and well maintained. At £6.70 a session, it’s perhaps on the pricier side, but the facilities are very good. My main gripe, however, is not with the venue but with some pool users. Please stop wearing perfume (or strong scents) in the pool. It’s unpleasant to smell and even taste while swimming. There’s a reason we’re asked to shower thoroughly before entering, it keeps the water clean and comfortable for everyone. I’d love to see this rule enforced more strictly. A gentle reminder from staff could make a big difference to the experience for all swimmers.”

“Very affordable sport center. Nice and clean pool and jacuzzi. Also 2 sauna rooms: wet and dry hot air. Aquafit and aqua Zumba are really nice. Liked very much the classes here: body balance, body pump, body attack, yoga, cycle classes etc. Nice and helpful staff. Oh, and they also have swimming classes for children and of course a gym.”

“Lovely people, very good facility. Sadly, and inexplicably, straightforward repairs take months. Norwich city council is no doubt happy to pocket its share of the revenue, but not so eager it would seem to pay for repairs. In the past year the spa bath has only been working for one month. Still, very good value for money and Places for People's management of the facility is excellent.”
