Any advice about care or how to tend to your animals needs are taken care of while there, they are great at sourcing any animals/products you want also if they don’t have them in stock whilst there. I’ll always take my business to Dave and Sarah great all around shop not one to be missed, great prices would recommend anyone to go beginner or more advanced keepers.”

“I will only use these guys for my frenchies! They know what they are doing unlike some groomers (not saying names) they treat my dogs really well as if they are their own. One of my frenchies doesnt like nail trims and he wriggles like something else and cries they don't rush him and they are brilliant with him. Give amazing advice too if needes. “I would really like to recommend Chapel House Vets in Staveley to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional vet practice. On our recent visit, we were greeted by lovely reception staff and again by a welcoming vet who introduced herself, called our dog by her named and listened carefully to the reason for our visit before carrying out a comprehensive examination and coming up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Cannot fault these guys, give them a try.”

“Always feel so welcome at this Vets. All the staff are super friendly, compassionate and helpful. Micky (or Nicky?) is always super helpful and friendly on the phone and when you go in, as is Steph. All the vets I see also always very loving towards my cats. I know cats can be sassy little things but mine are such cuddle bears that the vets always pinch a cuddle and say how friendly they are. Always manage to get the right diagnosis and gets them better. Could recommend them enough. Thanks as always :)”

“Absolutely fantastic groom today. The rescue girl we brought in was big, smelly bless her and in real need. They found her feet hair had so impacted that when they sorted it they had to put antiseptic cream on. They were so gentle and reassuring with her she became very relaxed, not sure she wanted to leave. Took three shampoos and lots of ear buds lol. THANK YOU so much Tania, Simona and Tilly. You amazing are all amazing. Simona even mixed a special shampoo just for her needs, wow. Due to their excellent care today have booked my spaniel in immediately lol. Def recommend wholeheartedly.”

“I had such a great experience with Puppachinos Pet Supplies! They were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit in my 3 dogs for grooming at very short notice. Since the recent change in ownership, the team has been so helpful and welcoming — you can really feel the positive changes. A special shoutout to Tynesha, the groomer, who was absolutely fantastic with the dogs. She was so kind and gentle with them, and all three came home happy, looking great, and smelling amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole experience felt really personal and professional. I’ll definitely be booking back in — highly recommend!”
