“Great customer service from Kitlocker. Yes, delivery times are sometimes lengthy, but this is mentioned at the time of purchase and is usually only when items are personalised. Any issues (we had one item arrive faulty) they sort out. I know they have had issues recently with staffing and systems but they kept me informed.”

“I dont understand why people rated 1 Star. Maybe, a year ago the Service was Not as some people wished. Maybe Planet X invested in their customer Service capacities since then. I have no other explanation for the Bad ratings... Because in April 2022 i got the Best customer Service that i ever had with a Company. We had a Mail conversation of 30+ Mails because i ordered from Germany and the brexit/custom issue brought many question to me. The guys from Planet x made anything possible, even if it took a lot of time... My only Real "problem" Was, that the brakes needed a bleeding after the shipping. This can happen sometimes, since the shipping May harm the brake Performance. But Planet X was so Kind to even pay the bleeding Service bike Shop Bill. So... Totally happy. Just write a Mail to the customer Service if you have doubts. I will definitely make another order some day! And last but Not least: the bike runs like crazy! :)”

“two words. Absolutely immaculate. Upon my most recent adventure to the heart of Derbyshire, Bakewell I stumbled across this diamond in rough ‘millets’. Me and my husband often like to go on long hikes around the Peak District and I was in desperate need for some new boots. Not only was I granted with the perfect pair of shoes that fit me to perfection and worked immaculately during my most recent hike to burbage brook, but customer service was also impeccable. The lady who helped me pick the boots was lovely and I’d like her name please so I could include it in the review as I saw no name tag. She was fairly short with curly brown hair and glasses. I completely understand if she wants to be anonymous but I couldn’t help but love her utter positivity and helpfulness- which is so very rare these days. Definitely will be returning”
