“I come to this Costa Coffee every single day, and it truly feels like a second home. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff are just amazing. Adam, the manager, is incredibly kind and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. Lulu and the rest of the team are just as lovely they always greet me with a smile and know my regular order without me even saying a word. It’s the little things they do that make a big difference. Whether I’m here to relax, study, or just enjoy my cappuccino, I always leave feeling better. Massive thanks to the whole team you make every visit a joy!”

“Genuinely the best coffee in the area and such lovely staff. The apple tart, sticky ginger cake (when it's in stock - more often please!) and ice cream are all delicious. Not cheap but you're getting quality. I cannot understand the few negative reviews of staff...they work so hard and there maybe a wait at busy times understandably - don't come if you're in a rush and staff are always helpful and polite as long as customers are the same to them. Common sense really! Well done to Jenny and the team.”

“I attended a St Patrick’s Day quiz event at this lovely river fronted pub. Leah and Charlie were fantastic and the pub was all decked out in green St Patrick’s Day bunting with a pile of fancy dress accessories for punters to wear. It was fantastic they were all in Irish gear as I was. The cider was lovely and refreshing as was the food. Well done guys ! I cycled to 3 other pubs on this Monday night having a half of Guinness in each and The Rising Sun shone out as the best ! One pub I visited in Sarisbury Green had not made any effort whatsoever! Such a shame. I will certainly come back to the Rising Sun again! I’m told their Sunday roasts are mouth watering.”

“We had a wonderful evening at the Silver Fern for my son’s football Christmas do. The atmosphere was perfect and we all enjoyed the footy, the food, the drink and being able to catch up in such a great location. Big shout out to Amanda for being so kind and helpful.”

“This is a really lovely place. Everyone gets along and the staff are very friendly. The food is also very good. The chicken is always cooked perfectly and the potatoes are also very nice. I did work experience here for a week and the bosses are great. There are always events happening whether it is live music, darts, etc. I'd highly recommend this pub for anyone who is looking for an enjoyable night out or looking for somewhere to go for lunch!! :)”

“Lovely hidden family run pub! Felt very welcomed into their pub by the owner and her children that run it. Me and the kids loved the home cooked food we ordered also...and my kids can be fussy but they thoroughly enjoyed then chicken nuggets and chips and the mac and cheese! The garlic bread is a win also!! Looking forward to returning soon!”

“Fantastic stay! We stayed at The Grapes for one night before our cruise from Southampton docks and it was amazing. The staff are so friendly that we ended up staying there all day and night! The bed was so comfortable and the price was incredibly reasonable for the area. The location is fantastic on a quiet street lines with bars and restaurants with tables outside which we made use of with the weather. We are already talking about planning another trip to Southampton to stay here again.”

“Back to normal, a bloody good pub, and great music. But they need everyone's support for live music. The drinks are slightly dearer, the price is worth paying for that live music. Cheers to you all, Dave”

“Received a flyer through our door recently so we thought we’d check it out. So glad we did. The refurb is lovely, funky, fresh and modern. Wonderful service from start to finish. Lots of personal touches which make your visit really quite special. The food was stunning. Beautifully presented and super tasty, with allot of choice that caters for all palettes. Best of all, the price, wow, very affordable. We will definitely be coming back and making regular visits from now on. Thank you for a lovely experience Junction Inn. We hands down give you a A*****”

“A lovely traditional English pub. Friendly and welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, clean toilets, lovely and cozy outdoor seating area with cover. Mature and friendly clientele. Highly recommend a visit. My wife and I have already decided that this pub will be our "go to" pub next time we are in Romsey.”

“This 18th Century, Grade11 listed pub is an experience that shouldn't be missed. Nice pint of Fullers London Pride, with plenty of other beers to choose from. The original old pub has been extended to be more than twice it's floor area. Good food menu and friendly staff. Plenty of seating inside and out. Large car park. Frontage of the pub is best seen on the south side.”
