“I can’t recommend Elle highly enough. I have been bringing Dexter here for day care, for 2 years now. He’s always so excited and happy to be going! He loves all the different walks he goes on and socialising with all the dogs in day care. Elle is really professional and takes time to get to know each and every dog. We also get photos and videos each day Dexter is there as well, which is great to see what’s he’s been doing each day.”

“A small Boots chemist, having said that they stock drugs much larger chemists don't have and they have helped me out of a hole a couple of times. They have stocked drugs prescribed for me that several others chemists haven't after calls to a dozen others they have been the only chemist with the drugs I needed The staff are extremely friendly and they do go the proverbial mile for you. The pharmacist will hold drugs for you until you can get there. All in all I have to say it's 10 stars out of 10.”

“Arrived late at night after a very long journey from the south. Welcomed by a lovely young lady smiling as soon as we walked through the door, lots of information/directions given, Excellent service from Georgia in the morning too, very polite smiley young lady. Fantastic nights sleep in a lovely clean spacious room, very peaceful settled night, cleaners were all lovely too and helpful with extra towels etc when asked. Lovely stay highly recommended, will definitely be staying again”

“The girls and gentleman (used to work here, not seen him in a while, Richard) have always been soo helpful since I've had my 1st born (now 2 and a half).... they have always been welcoming and happy to take time to give advice. I can't thank them enough!! Unfortunately the staff have had some unwelcome guests into the store. These so called guests thieve what they want and harass and threaten who ever is on shift. To see the heart break in the staffs eyes is such a sad thing. They are on edge everytime the door opens. I hope these nasty thieves have what's coming to them. And as for the staff, we appreciate everything you do. I hope the store doesn't have to close due to those muppets. Thank you for everything and most of all, stay safe and stay strong x”

“Excellent service, I have used Chris to wash my two Sharpei dogs and my previous Sharpei. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, Chris is calm and gives a calming relaxing atmosphere around my dogs. My one dog gets very nervous and anxious, he lets Chris wash him, clean his ears and trim his nails. They both always look well groomed after being treated Jean Crutchley”

“Excellent service, Mr Singh will go to any amount of trouble to sort any medical issues. It can sometimes be busy but I always come out satisfied. I travel a long way but it is worth it especially over weekends when most other pharmacies are closed. The shop is always spotlessly clean. I strongly recommend it.”

“Shopping at Donnington store today after a long time between visits. Travelling on escalator from Upper floor to ground my hubby who struggles with the effects of Parkinsons missed stepping off the escalator and fell. Two wonderful people who were behind us helped out and stayed with him while I paid for Shopping so I could get him home. The staff nearby were also very quick to respond were attentive and helped me complete my purchases through the checkout. I can't thank you all enough. Sorry I didn't get anyone's names. My husband is Alan and he did chat to the lovely customer who helped. I wish you all the very best for Christmas and thank everyone who attended to us. Kate”

“Gus has stayed with Billy and Co around 5 or 6 times now. Billy is absolutely amazing with our large breed, over zealous bulldog, he is always greeted warmly and our dog clearly loves seeing Billy. He always comes home unscathed and settled. He's never lost weight during his kennel stays. He sometimes has the "kennel" smell but I think that goes with the territory! The kennels is very reasonably priced. So happy to have found a kennels we know and trust. Thanks everyone at Hatton! From Gus and family.”

“Had a wonderful overnight stay. Very clean and the bed was amazing. Bath was just pure heaven and suite was very spacious. Only negative was bulb was out in bedside lamp and they had put towels in the bathroom but not shower room and toilet paper in shower room but not bathroom. As we were only there one night it didn't matter but its attention to detail and as it was the honeymoon suite, only because nothing else was available we took this room. For the extra cost to a normal double you expect it to be just rite. But lovely stay and would recommend it.”

“Hi Boots I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at the Trysul Road Branch, Wolverhampton. My father-in-law had an urgent prescription but the pharmacy only had one of the two items in stock. The Pharmacist, Halima, called the local branches and found where the other item could be obtained as she was uncertain when the ordered item would arrive due to the weather problems. Area Manager, Gavin O’Hanlon, who happened to be in the branch at the time, said he would go collect it for us and so the prescription was ready very quickly. The branch sent me a text advising it was ready and we then delivered it to a very relieved 89 year old. Thank you to the staff for going the extra mile on this one.
