“Such a lovely place to eat, celebrated my 22nd birthday with my twin sister and most of my family. Food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming and polite. You are allowed your own drinks (alcohol) and we gave them some birthday cake to those who served us, was such a lovely place to go, for any one family, friends or partners or all three :) Recommended highly!”

“Booked a table for 13 people and was Greeted warmly and taken to our seat to await the arrival of the rest of our party. Whilst waiting for the rest of our party to arrive, we were given the menu to peruse. Our waiter was very hospitable. The service and food were excellent. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Can not fault anything. Highly recommend this establishment.”

“Popped into the White Lion at lunchtime break following recommendations from friends and I was not disappointed. Lovely place and the service from Becky was excellent nothing too much trouble. The White Lion burger was just amazing best in city centre. The place itself had a lovely atmosphere and a unique look and feel. Would wholeheartedly encourage everyone to visit and you will return time after time as I will be.”

“The best place we've been to in forever! Their naga donner meat is absolutely sensational, the best I've ever had. Highly recommend it. These guys have the best customer service skills you could possibly ask for. Very attentive, smiley and are able to have a good laugh. They give you complimentary nachos which were super delicious and gave us complimentary tea which again was absolutely scrumptious. Thank you for such a splendid experience! “We have just been to The Mount for a birthday meal and what a meal we had. The service was superb and the food was amazing. I had the Scotch Egg, Ribeye Steak and Crème Brûlée, would definitely recommend and go back again!”

“Very nice decor, large restaurant with plenty of different seating and levels. Staff was very attentive and sat us very quickly, it was a quiet day. The table was big enough for all our food, there was salt and pepper at the table. We used a buyagift voucher with a set menu, this was very easy to use. Food was great, served quickly, staff checked on us regularly and were very nice and polite. We parked in the Asda car park as we did a little shopping afterwards (3h free parking).”

“We came here at 5 o'clock and it was the perfect time for us. Lovely and quiet. It got busier as it got later, but not overcrowded. We used the £10 (mains) menu, an absolute bargain. Food was delicious, we all loved it (also the berry mocktail - fabulous). Staff are really helpful and polite especially the guy who brought out the birthday cake to my friend and me. Totally loved the overall experience and I'll definitely be coming here again”

“We stopped here for a Sunday roast, plenty of parking. On entry, we were greeted by staff, very friendly and said we could pick a table and then order at the bar. Food came quickly and was very nice. Will be back again soon.”

“Was lost for choice on Ladypool Rd, and we arrived at Casa parmo. I'm not a fan of parmo from experience at other place but me and my family had chicken parmo burger , spicy filet burger and 2oz. Food was good service was great and atmosphere was very quiet, not sure why. the interior was lovely and I enjoyed it here. Would recommend it.”

“I visited with my partner on Sunday. We were presented with a buffet and al la carte menu. Both were lovely, but we opted for the a la carte, chicken in black beans sauce and fried noodles, I have duck in oyster sauce and egg fried rice and of course prawns crackers. . They were fresh and crisp. Our meals were hot and very tasty. We both enjoyed our meals very much. We'll definitely be back x”

“Had a fantastic experience at the Beefeater the other night. We were served by Bianca who is always cheery and can’t be more helpful. She always makes such an effort with the children, that it is there favourite pub. The order was taken quickly and the food arrived piping hot. All the food was really tasty with empty plates all round. We will be coming back again soon.”
