“Great shop great staff, repaired a drop dial clock back to full working glory, price was amazing, Birmingham clock smiths would of charged me £260 for a service. The shop charged £120 for service, real care and attention, clock runs as new, for clock of its age, it used to loose 5 mins in half a day, after service I have adjusted the time 1 min, in 5 days.”

This was not an issue for Saif, he got me the watch I wanted straight away. Lak was lovely on the day I returned to pick it up. Wonderful service, they both offered me refreshments and made me feel very comfortable. Fantastic experience.”

The staff were just lovely and very attentive, they made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was beautiful, especially the sausage (think it was from packington) probably one of the best I've had. “I was on the look out for a certain style engagement ring last year. I have worked in the Birmingham jewellery quarter for many years and was expecting to visit and look around there. By chan e on a day off I visited City Jewellers and spoke to a lovely member of staff called Chris. She asked what I had in mind and I explained the specific style I was hoping to find. I was offered a seat and Chris went to find something that matched my requirements. I never expected to find 'the one' that day. But I did. It was the first ring I saw. I just knew it was perfect. I had it resized and was told a few weeks, but it was available early. I asked if they would hold onto it for me due to my plans to propose being further away, and they did. Amazing service. “Cannot thank Emma enough for her customer service at this store she was the most loveliest person I have ever met! After sending my engagement ring off to be fixed with the store I was unfortunately very upset with the outcome of my ring and the fix that had been done (not stores fault at all) I couldn’t hold back my tears but with Emma’s warm embrace she went above and beyond to help make me feel better and make sure I left the store happy. That being said Emma completely replaced my ring with a new one and on collection of my new ring I was completely surprised with a bunch a flowers from Emma to help me feel better after my experience the day before again I couldn’t hold my tears back but these ones were happy! “I had a lovely time this afternoon. Mom and I went to the restaurant/cafe. The food was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. I had a cake to go, with I had at home with a nice cup of tea. My mother and I also bought some very nice chocolates from the on-site chocolate tear. I also enjoy seeing all glass objects at the glass blowing shop, the ceramics at the pottery shop, and some inspiration art in the art and craft shop. All in all, it was a very enjoyable afternoon.”

“FABULOUS PRODUCT & OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dropped in to see if a bracelet I had received as a gift a few years ago could be repaired. (It was missing a couple of crystals). It had unfortunately been discontinued & as it was over 2 yrs old, wasn’t under guarantee. However, the lovely lady who served me, offered to replace it -with a gorgeous updated version- with just a minimal surplus to pay. Result = one delighted & loyal customer who will continue to buy Swarovski products.”
