“Centre of excellence with exceptional customer services! If you want the best, don’t look no further! Honestly the best pharmacy I’ve ever been too. I have a son with severe disabilities and care for my mother too, both have lots of monthly medication. I went through years of having my medication messed up by other pharmacies and on looking for a new one, came across Newborough pharmacy, spoke to the owner who was really nice, courteous and helpful, started having my prescriptions sent there and I’ve never looked back. All the staff are so friendly yet totally professional and always have time for you, they always go the extra mile to help you and sort out any query you may have. Medication is all sorted and labelled efficiently and promptly and even delivered by the delivery drivers both of who are pleasant, helpful, respectful to you and your property. I will never go anywhere else, I wish I’d gone to Newborough pharmacy years ago instead of suffering for so long with something always missing or wrong in my medications. “Today I went into King's pharmacy weoley Castle Square with my 3 year old grandson who woke up this morning with very sticky eyes. As it's a bank holiday I was worried I wouldn't be able to get him help, thankfully the pharmacy above mentioned was open. “Cannot praise and thank the lovely young lady pharmacist and staff at Manor Pharmacy enough. As usual these days I was fobbed off by the doctor's surgery and told to go to this pharmacy for assistance and antibiotics for an infection. I was dealt with immediately, issued with a prescription and given medication in a short time, absolutely fantastic help and service. The staff here should be given the salary of a doctor in my opinion as they seem to be doing more and more work that the doctors used to do, whilst the surgery is now nothing more than a referral service. “I went to this Pharmacy for ear wax removal. Excellent service! The person who helped me Karim if I can recall correctly was very polite and informative. He gave me efficient instructions over the phone before the appointment to avoid unnecessary confusion and wasting time. He showed me my ear with his device that has camera. He was very gentle during the operation and gave me the appropriate post operation instructions. He charged only for the one ear 35£ and even gave me discount. 2 weeks ago I went to a PRIVATE Clinic for ear wax removal were the consultation was 25 £ and for the wax removal would go up to 70. I wouldn’t mind about the price but the lady there had the audacity to look at it and say there was no wax. Overall great experience. HIGHLY recommend if you need Ear wax removal. Thank you Karim!
