“My husband and my two sons took me to the Cwrt Rawlin in NantGarw for my birthday at the end of February. The meal was delicious and we all very much enjoyed our visit. “Well am always unsure of of trying new places but my boyfriend made me try a new place and OMG am so glad I did I was a bit confused when he text our order over but was very impressed with the funny responses we got back. Once the staff member arrived Scooby went mental as he was fussed and loved by her who then went above and beyond providing treats for Scooby then we managed to provide her a box for a hedgehog she has rescued on the way to us We then sat down to eat and OMG my only regret is I only ordered one burger not because of the size but because I wanted to enjoy it more later I was very impressed with the burger I took a bite then fort o hang on I better take a photo for review hahaha The dirty fries were sheared which was amazing we will definitely returning! “Fantastic!! Huge rooms, styled very elegantly with no uneseccary fussiness. The host was amazing. Great communication. Really reactive to any questions and requests and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location is great. Really lovely area with plenty of nice coffee shops, pubs and places to eat. Directly opposite a beautiful park and easy walking distance to the Castle and the City Centre. Next trip to Cardiff we'll be booking here again.”

“First time ordering through the Frangos app. Delivery came but was missing an item. Called up and our order was rectified immediately. Food arrived hot and was delicious. Was cheaper and faster than going through other delivery apps too. Will 100% order again. Delivery drivers and call handler were very polite and professional. 5 star service. Thank you so much. Only negative was that I can’t seem to add my feedback through the app. Must be an error. So I’m leaving my review here. Again thank you for your excellent service.”

“Great experience this morning at Ania. I had a conversation with all 3 girls on the shop floor - some in my bad Polish which they were kind enough not to laugh at - and they helped me find a couple of things that I was looking for as a gift. The manager was awesome, he translated a message written in Polish for me. Cant wait to come back again to try the cakes in the fridge. I love the Knopper Baton Orzechowy, waffles + Wedel selection. It's great to try new tastes and flavours after years of the same old stuff in local UK shops and supermarkets. They also have an impressive range of foods and groceries from other Eastern European in stock.”

“i love Starbucks coffee and regularly visit sites across the UK, this one has a strange vibe, the staff never smile or engage with you , so 4 stars for the coffee and service and atmosphere only get 1 star Update - I've moved this to 5 stars as recently there's been new staff arrive who smile and engage with you”

“We visited this Costa coffee shop mid-morning on a Monday and were very surprised at how busy the car park and coffee shop were. Despite how full the car park was, there were still a couple of spaces available. We were served very quickly at the till and, despite the coffee shop being busy, there were still a few tables available. We were both very happy with our hot drinks.”

“Came into brewery quarter today on business and stopped in Starbucks. A man was quite confrontational and looked as though he was going to attack the staff until an absolute hero who I presumed worked in the company as he had a Starbucks jacket, leaped in and removed him from the store and comforted a woman who was clearly very upset. I absolutely take my hat off to that boy and hope he reads this review! You really saved the day”

“I went at a quiet time for a coffee and I just had a double espresso with cream. Very nice staff and the coffee was so good and decent price- it was decaff as I had already drunk so much caffeine earlier. Really roasty taste to coffee and upstairs is a good place to sit and relax without noisy people. Cannot comment on food as I did not eat. I find wherever I am in the world Starbucks baristas are very helpful and enthusiastic. Some coffee bars they are not very well trained but I think Starbucks wins for me every time.”

“I love this bar because it has karaoke every Saturday night from 7 pm to 11 pm. The DJ uses the Karafun system, and it makes us quickly sing our songs. I am definitely recommend this place for the good singers.”

“Went there today with our 3 year old and 11month old and absolutely loved it! Spent most of the time in the splash zone with the water fountains as it was the warmest place and the youngest could crawl around in the shallow water. The big pool was also good as it is like the ‘shallow end’ the whole way across, but it was a little on the cold side for the baby. Wasn’t too busy but we have just squeezed in before school holidays started : ). Didn’t venture in to the outside sections as it seems more for older kids. Good value for money in my opinion, will hopefully come back one day”

“I heard it before I saw it. The Spanish guitar lured me into a shipping container housing Coffi Co. Life on the bay, glorious views and the most delightful employee, Huxley with a smile as warm as the sunshine. “I love the music! Thank you. It drew me in.” A perfect combination — passionfruit iced tea, the sea and mellow sounds. I didn’t eat so I can’t comment on the food but the atmosphere was spot on, and the hard edged, grey scale, industrial exterior contained a soft, warm heart. Hugely recommended, but only if Huxley is at the helm.”

“Loved it here! Came for a works christmas do. The staff were so attentive, the security staff were so friendly and helpful. Cocktails were delicious and despite it being packed and busy, the bar staff were really nice and worked hard to get everyone served quickly. Great atmosphere too.”

“Had an amazing night in Kewi’s that took a turn for the worse when 3 of our coats got taken. The staff especially Chris (manager) and Mo (security) could not have been more helpful and lovely. Chris tracked down the thieves through the CCTV and found out they were in Pop World and went to retrieve them off them and returned them to us. We are so grateful for their effort and support throughout the night. Thank you we will definitely be back!”

“First time visit today and very impressed by the friendly service and delicious carvery. Everything from the beef, gammon and turkey to the roasted parsnips and potatoes to the cauliflower cheese to the sticky stuffing - utterly scrumptious! We were early birds and enjoyed being one of few customers but plenty were turning up as we left. Already looking forward to returning!”

“Had an issue with the Shipyard Ale. Quickly resolved by staff after Order was made through the [W] App. Then as 2 pints we were offered by staff were flat too, management also resolved this issue, with a replacement beer at no extra cost, meaning happy customers, who will defo return again, . Very happy with all that was done tonight, thank you Friday 21st Nov 2025 (9pm).”

“Typical with Wetherpoons big that once was theater plenty of room to sit and enjoy a hour or two with cheaper drinks good variety of beers, ales from. Green king and Carlsberg and if feel Hungry there is plenty of food choices from the menu order at bar or on the wetherspoons app easy to find on top of Westgate street near the principality stadium so the Gatekeeper can be very busy on Rugby international and Wales football matches and concert at the principality stadium”

“Me and my missus went to the Bristol one and got served by Emma her service was great was very accommodating and friendly couldn’t ask for more tbh. Atmosphere was probably the thing that stood out the most it felt like some western in a desert. Pizza was decent and drink was great, and yea the people who worked here were full of character would def come back here. They really treat you good with the bottomless”

“Mother’s Day lunch. The tables were dressed lovely with flowers, chocolates and a card for Mum I also had a glass of Prosecco. We then ordered the turkey lunch which was hot and served with extra pigs in blankets. The wait was not too long and the staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Liz at the bar, Leo who served us and Danny who took our booking.”
