“I wasn’t aware of this cool bar until I had to Google it to buy a bottle of Lonewolf gin for my work colleague. Stepped in and memersize by the wide selection of beers from the tap shown in the menu board. Bought the bottle and settled in for an Elvis Juice IPA, without knowing what it was. The first sip was wow… tasted like grapefruit, one of my favourite fruits. Taste is very defined and refreshing. Forgotten to take photo. Friendly staff! Brewdog is quite close to Royal Mile. I arrived during dinner time so it was pretty quiet.”

“Amazing Irish pub! Absolutely loved the atmosphere at Finnegan’s Wake — warm, lively, and authentic. Great selection of drinks, friendly staff, and the music added just the right vibe. Whether you’re popping in for a quick pint or staying for the night, it’s a place you’ll want to come back to. A true gem!”

“Went 2/12/25 for another visit after almost 2 years and it was still very good. Lots of delicious beers and decent burgers and fries though so hungry I forgot a picture sorry! The place became very busy for a Wednesday with lots of groups and all you can eat wing night on Wednesdays as well. Enjoyed barley wine and stout and it was becoming pretty loud as it was really busy so left for hanging bat near by. Two sides for £7 was a nice value”

“Always have what I need, whether its tools, materials or work clothing. And doesn't matter how busy they are, all the staff are helpful, even offering a coffee while I wait. Its other customers who need rated. My God, the amount of huffy whingers who can be waiting a few minutes extra than normal for their order. Entitlement to its absolute max”

“Best place to find all Indian groceries. The person who usually deals with customers is very kind and helpful. Although they don't have student discounts, their prices are really good. I know some friends who live outside Edinburgh who often come here to buy supplies in bulk. As per their website, they have another branch in Glasgow. I would also suggest that they improve their website for deliveries and collections.”

“It was a pleasure to meet the owner who did help us with spices and other products sold in this shop. My father is in to cooking, and for a couple of years, he did shop online for powders and spices. Finally he found a shop where you can buy all the needed ingredients and where you can get advice as well. Prices are good, the store is welcoming with car park just outside the unit and products are high quality. %100 that we will be back!!”

“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in North Queensferry. The room was amazing — spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. The restaurant was another highlight; the food was truly top-notch and worth every bite. If you can, definitely choose a room with a view of the bridge. It’s absolutely stunning and adds something special to the whole experience. Parking is available, but finding a spot on the weekends can be a bit challenging, so it’s worth keeping that in mind. Aside from that, the staff and service were exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this brand: professional, attentive, and consistently helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful location.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Premier Hub in Haymarket. After a few teething issues when I arrived outwith anyone's control. Staff members Jordan and Stefania were indeed extremely helpful in finding me, a nice clean on suite room at short notice. I found all the facilities to be well maintained and clean and the wider access accessibility entery. All in all it made my stay in Edinburgh all the more enjoyable. The aforementioned staff are a credit to the Premier Hub organisation”

“Was last at this establishment 4 years ago. Booked a bigger room, located on the 5th floor, was very quiet and peaceful, the room had a reasonable view over the rooftops. Largely the room was fine, however small matters like the curling wallpaper and stained carpets tainted our overall experience. On a positive note the bed and bathroom were excellent and we had a good and peaceful sleep each night. Continental breakfast which cost £6pp, was good value and set is up for the day ahead. Brilliant location, very central for transport, shops and eateries.”

“Staying at Malmaison was a great experience. Arriving from a red eye at 6:30am, we weren't expecting to be able to get into a room until later that afternoon but they were able to upgrade us when we arrived for only £20! The room was spacious and modern with a moody flair. Would definitely recommend the stay there.”

“I love the atmosphere in here! I’ve been twice now to enjoy the lovely food. The waiters need to be more aware when you need your drink topped up though I waited 20 minutes for someone to come over as my glass was empty for that amount of time! The food was delicious plenty of desserts for anyone to enjoy”

“wagamama's food taste is good but i will say it's not like the actual korean authentic tastebud. took chicken options but they gave same sauce for both of the different dishes...no change. service was really good. you can pay in wagamama app from your phone and by logging in can get free prawn crackers.”

“Been coming here for a few years now must admit its my go to for Chinese. Never had a bad meal yet .staff at the front off the shop are always welcoming and polite if you need something extra or a meal tweaked. They are happy to try and accommodate your needs. Plus gives my cooker a wee rest.”
