βGood value accommodation with a friendly vibe and decent food. The hotel may be a little dated but is clean and comfortable. Would use again.β
βLovely hotel with gorgeous luxury bedding. Extremely comfortable and clean, amazing facilities and lovely staff will definitely be returning booking through booking.com! 5 stars xβ
βTook my husband here for his birthday, absolutely amazing! Staff are so welcoming and friendly! A young man who showed us to the room brought champagne to the room after he found out it was my husbands birthday which was such a nice gesture. Food is incredible definitely 5*. Ambience and grounds surrounding the hotel are gorgeous. Really beautifully refurbished hotel, spotless and gorgeous decor. Spa was 10/10 we enjoyed some lovely massages and the outdoor hot tub was great. Will definitely be back.β
βWe only stayed one night and got up well rested for another day of driving through the highlands. Very nice room with a big bed, very fresh high quality linens and towels, very nice, although maybe a little bit small, bathroom with a tub and shower. The adjoining diner makes a great breakfast. Very friendly service both in the hotel and the diner.β
βMy parents recently celebrated their Diamond Wedding anniversary back at The Parkville. This was their wedding venue 60yrs ago. They had a beautiful lunch on October 20th with family and everyone was so kind and made everyone feel really special. All the staff really looked after my parents and showed a real interest in their wedding memories. Food was excellent and consensus was that the lunch was just as good or perhaps even better than the wedding meal 60yrs ago! Special thanks to Lynne who went above and beyond to make my parents Diamond Wedding celebrations, a real gem of an occasion. Thank you.β
βCame to Angels last week with my daughter and husband for breakfast. Was served by Ola and wow what a service. She was very attentive, kind and took the time to speak with myself and my daughter, who is four. What a lovely, kind woman and this is the reason Iβll be back. Kindness is hard to find these day, and Ola gave this in abundance. Breakfast was excellent-love the new brunch menu! Canβt wait to come back again!β
βAttended my nephews funeral here last week and it was an excellent experience. Welcoming friendly staff and lovely delicious fresh food. Soup was great. Name places at tables extremely well organised even offered breakfast to those who arrived early before the limousines arrived to take us to the service. Just made the sad day very memorable indeed.β
βGreat place to stay. Great staff here and in adjacent pub restaurant, looked after us really well.β
βHad the pleasure to stay at Premier Inn peel park, Clean and cozy rooms ,service was exquisite .The receptionist was really polite and friendly checked us in very fast and easy.β
βFrom the moment we arrived and were greeted by the super, helpful receptionist we knew our overnight stay was going to be great. The room was spotlessly clean and above expectations. Our evening meal was excellent with friendly staff and a good selection on the menu. The breakfast menu was faultless and Luke, Sharon and Veronica looked after us and were a pleasure to meet. Such a convenient location for the S.E.C. and a thoroughly enjoyable visit. Thanks to you all.β
βWe stayed from July 31 to August 3 in an Executive Double Room with Lounge Access and couldnβt have chosen a better base. The location is unbeatable β right next to Queen Street Station and around the corner from Buchanan Street, perfect for exploring Glasgow on foot. The Executive Lounge was a real treat, with snacks, refreshments, and extra drinks β a great place to meet like-minded travellers enjoying Glasgowβs hospitality. Our minibar was replenished daily (thank you, Mary!) and the personal touches really stood out. Special thanks to Patrick at reception and Mary for making us feel so welcome β People Make Glasgow is especially true here. We didnβt take breakfast, but the rooftop terrace offers fantastic views over the city, George Square (closed for renovations in August), and beyond. Around the hotel youβll also notice touches inspired by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, from the artwork to the furniture β a delight for art lovers. Our room had a classic style but was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, coffee machine, desk, chairs, and everything we could have needed. We liked it so much we even considered extending our stay by two days β the rate offered was excellent, and we genuinely felt wanted there. No doubt weβd happily stay again.β
βPerfect spot for the Royal Concert Hall, Sauchiehall St, Buchanan St, Queen St Station Immaculate rooms, with plenty of extra pillows & duvets. Lots of sockets, charging points. Hand/shower gel provided. Kettle & tea/coffee/milk in the room. And a full length window letting in natural light. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of offer. Highly recommend.β
βAh, bless! We got food poisoning and had to find a place with very short notice. Not only did they accommodate us, but were very good with our situation, allowed us to check in early and helped us get back on our legs after being very sick. Location is convenient too, a nice restaurant right in front of the Inn, Macdonald's next to that and three supermarkets on the corner. We even found a dry-cleaner's close by.β
βVery nice and QUIET hotel located between George Square and Argyle Street. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the rooms were clean and well kept. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available for free whereas breakfast is optional for a daily fee in advance or on the day. We opted out of breakfast and used one or other of the nearby cafΓ©s. Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central Stations are within 10 to 15 minutes walk and the shopping delights of Argyle Street or Buchanan Street are close by. This us the nicest hotel we have stayed in in Glaagow for a while and we will be back!β
βI wish I could add more stars because this is honestly the best place I've ever stayed on Glasgow. My room did upgraded to the family suite even though it was just myself but the room was practically big enough to live in and be comfortable. Breakfast was also the best breakfast I've had in my entire life. 10/10 Definitely recommend to friends and family.β
βI stayed at Radisson Blu Glasgow for an event and was able to book a room at a discounted rateβabsolutely worth it. The event itself was well-organized, with professional wait staff and exceptional food that genuinely exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, especially the pressed ham hock terrine, which I believe is also available via their restaurant or room serviceβdefinitely worth trying if youβre dining in. Although I booked their most affordable room, it was spacious and comfortable, offering great value. My only minor complaint would be the sound of banging doors, which could be heard from inside the room. However, aside from that, everything else was spot on. The hotelβs location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Glasgow Central Station, making it easy to explore the city centre. Overall, a great stay that combined comfort, quality, and accessibility.β
βWhat a find! And thank you to the person who mentioned being a Z member. Their service was extraordinary...from early check-in, to a very nice room upgrade, to the amazing wine and cheese buffet for members on Tuesday and Saturday. The staff is friendly and accommodating...everyone and I do mean everyone went out of their way to take care of my needs... The rooms are small, but efficient and for a solo traveler more than adequate...excellent hot water, and a comfy bed with nice soft pillows... and they are close to the train station which is really nice when you have heavy luggage...Highly recommend this hotel and thanks to everyone for making my stay special (did I mention you also get wine and cheese every night)β
βExcellent hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Nick and Charlotte on the front desk are amazing. Also, Carol Ann and Leo in the Executive Lounge are just the nicest people, so genuine and caring. Beds are comfortable, so quiet too. Really recommend.β
βI got to check in early to a beautiful, breezy room (as I like it). The bar and restaurant staff are lovely and very good at communicating any issues/complications. I sincerely appreciate Sophie's determination to get me a meal that accommodated my dietary needs - she did an amazing job waiting on our group. Thank you, Sophie, for being so understanding and so kind!β
βThis hotel is attached to the train station and centrally located in downtown Glasgow. It is a very elegant hotel with all the expected amenities. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious with attentive wait staff. Location is great for restaurants, stores, etc and walking around was easy. Highly recommended.β
β5 stars again. Doubletree by hilton. Our 3 stay here and you dont disappoint from the reception staff to the rooms. Outstanding. It was a birthday trip for 16 year old daughter, we booked the hotel to go see a show. What a fantastic birthday she had, the balloon, banner and chocolates request was dealt with effectively and quickly. We checked in early. Had to pay but didnt mind. Our room was not ready, we went shopping and came back luggage and decorations where all in room in place for us returning. We will definitely be booking for our next trip. Thank you again .β
βThe best Travelodge Iβve stayed in. Recent refurb makes it feel brand new (though a bit more obvious they havenβt replaced the carpets). Is still a travelodge but a very good one. Youβve probably got to drive if you want a selection of food places or shopsβ
βThis was a trip to see the Christmas Markets in Glasgow and Edinburgh to include my wife, myself and our dog. We were all made most welcome. The duty staff were very helpful and answered our varied questions politely and if they didn't know the answer they found out for us. The room was super and the breakfast very good for the price. The hotel was superbly situated for the Christmas activities and the station for our trip to Edinburgh. I suspect that parking could be a problem but we have a blue badge which meant we could park outside for as long as we were there.β
βBit outdated outside and not very appealing. However inside is very airy plenty of space and clean. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Another great stay at this chain of hotels. Cannot fault any off it.....β
βMy office booked the upstairs event space for an all day course. My wife dropped me off and when she came to collect me mid-afternoon we grabbed a lunch menu and weren't disappointed. I had the macaroni cheese with garlic bread and she had a tuna melt panini. It was nice to order fresh orange and lemonade and actually get it too. From the lady on reception, to the one who served us, we were very well looked after and the food was top notch. Will definitely be back here when we're in the area and would highly recommend it to anyone.β
βJust had the best Haggis, neeps and tatties EVER. I have lived in Scotland 18 years and this is the best I've eaten. Well presented with a panko style crust, a layer of neeps, topped with a generous swirl of mashed potato. Peppercorn sauce adds a bit of bite. James is an excellent host. Chef and staff are to be commended. Dog friendly inside too. Well worth a visit.β
βThis was a great apartment right in the heart of Glasgow. We were literally on the block with George Square and a block from Queen Street Station. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine so we could launder our clothes. We were able to prepare dinner both nights while there and that made for an extra cozy treat. All and all, a superb stay!β
βgreat hotel great service , shout out to our waitress Jennifer at breakfast, she's the bestβ
βStayed here a couple of times and I have to say that as far as Premiere Inns go this is probably the best hotel nationally. New clean premises and great service all around. Quiet location off M74, but only 10-15 min to Glasgow Center. Cinema and big shops at the doorstep. Big shout-out to Denise at reception who helped make the stay of our group of 10 as pleasant and smooth as possibleβ
βVery good location for Glasgow and surrounding area. Friendly staff and good quality room. Don't forget to parking in car parking by nandos/boots to the side of the hotel, not council parking in front.β
