“The room is clean and comfortable. The outstanding part about this hotel is the staff and service. Their passion to be in the hospitality profession can be felt. They want us to feel welcomed and valued. Kate and the front office values our return to the hotel. We appreciate the effort and welcome gifts. Lenka at the executive lounge made every morning a good start. Didn’t get to know the name of the incredibly tall gentleman who came to refresh our room in the evening and to fix the lobby light. He made sure everything was in order. The leadership at this hotel is making all the right ticks.”

“I enjoy eating out and look for good quality food at reasonable prices. Bella italia offers nice quality food and under the three course price it is value for money. I love the mushroom starter and it has professional, friendly staff which make a nice relaxing atmosphere. I do enjoy going here and would recommend.”

Ordered food and drinks, my favourite chicken quesadilla, sautéed king prawns and sweet potato fries, warm chocolate brownie with ice cream for dessert. 2 lovely guys served us. Service is always good, food is always great, love coming to Las Iguanas.”

After the first visit, we’ve been back several times (and there will be more in the future for sure) and every single time, we are impressed, satisfied and happy with the food. We diversify the dishes: noodles, BBQ meat, rice dishes. Everything is huge and tasty. ————————— Previous comment: We had dim sum as dinner there. The quality differs immensely from dish to dish. The turnip cake was fantastic, seriously! And it arrived first so we expected that the following dishes would be the same, but sadly they weren’t. I think the steamed dishes were ok, but the deep fried dumplings were too small. The worst was the rib. It took so long to arrive that we had to ask if they forgot it. When it arrived, we knew immediately that it was frozen and thawed. It smelled bad too. Don’t order this one.”

“Stayed here a couple years ago and everytime I'm coming past the area I stop by either for some food or a massage. My stay was exceptional and the massages are always delivered with great quality. I'm pretty sure there is some magic in the cooks hands as the food is unreal. Will be passing by later today after what's seems like forever and for sure will stop off for something. Almost like a luxurious service station for me”

“The receptionists of the Regus Leicester building are welcoming. Daisy and Sarjan are both kind, friendly individuals who are ever eager to assist. The customer service provided at the reception is outstanding, and it is always kept clean. Also Working at this building is a great experience because most of the staff members are lovely :)”

“Ladies, fellas, everyone... get down here and check out the amazing live Indian music, particularly on a Saturday night! Never experienced anything like it before and I've been to a fair few indian pub nights including many visits here. We had some food before in the pub area and then went down to the restaurant side to enjoy some great music and everyone was dancing their socks off!! Good old Leicester huh... Great food, great local! Only downsides are maybe the loos and they never have any "crispy bhajiya" in!! Sort it out!”

“This chip shop has it right. The owner seems to know it's customers and he dosent hold back on portion control. The chips peas and mini fish was still enough for me and my brother. They were cooked to perfection. Great job mate .”

You ask why spend so much money in a such decrepit place? Honestly the atmosphere was utterly ghastly, however fitted right into the October Halloween vibe. Nethertheless the answer to my question… nostalgia. I couldn’t have asked for more. It’s a Pizza Hut so expect the occasional sweat corn in the carrot, ice cream factory running out cream and making an obnoxious humping sound but this is utterly trivial. To conclude the matter I would struggle rating it anything other than 5 stars. This establishment is all you could want and brings tears to the eyes when one goes here to celebrate one’s birthday. Stay strong Pizza Hut may my blessings stop another tragic demise of the inner child. ❤️ (seriously the price is a tad high)”

Now, fair warning, the bathrooms need a bit of extra care in the cleanliness department. Let’s dive into the good stuff – their chicken is a taste bud triumph, truly delicious. The hummus and falafel also hold their own in the flavor game. Downstairs has a few tables, but the real vibe is upstairs, creating a cozy atmosphere. Props to them for serving water in fancy bottles, adding a touch of class. Despite the bathroom situation, Ceders delivers a savory Lebanese feast with a charming ambiance.”
