“A nice peaceful place to take an early morning walk. There is a big statue of a bird Open field for dog walkers. Separate lane for people who like to go jogging. Further ahead, there is a BMX track. The park was clean, with no litter on the grass. It is a lovely place to spot some different types of birds. Parking space is available. Wheelchair accessible.”
“This is a lovely little fitness centre set in a small estate made for older people. I can’t comment on the gym or classes as I’m disabled so can’t make use of those. The pool however, is fab!! It is kept at a much warmer temperature than the local council pools. The sauna, steam room and hot tub are great. Staff keep it clean and are friendly and helpful. I’d recommend”
“One of the best parks around! Inwood Park is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and an absolute joy to visit. It's my go-to spot for morning, day or even evening walk. Whenever I prefer a place out of city to go nearby it's best for me to relax and spend time with myself or with friends.”
“Very pleasant green area, with large enough pieces of land to enjoy outdoor leisure activities and sports, as well as having good playground equipment, like wooden climbing apparatuses, a sandpit, and swings. It also has a small pond inside, which is quite nice to look at from time to time. Definitely would recommend when coming on a sunny day!”
“Play ground has been recently uplifted. Great job done it looks good and kids had fun”
“Greatfields Park is a large park in Barking its nice has a few benches a playground for kids a tennis court and outdoor gym equipment for adults to use. There are a number of entrances to the park lots of green space to have a run around. The park was clean when I came here and not busy as I visited this place in late evening. Nice park to take the kids too or just have a quiet walk around.”
“A lot of things to do for kids different age, car park quiet big as well.”
“Great place to take walks, nicely paved, free parking.”
“Took my 3 year old and was pleasantly surprised plenty to do here, lots of space, parking charges ok and the cafe was nice. Would definitely recommend it if you are in the area and want to give the kids a run!”
“Great facilities, everything was kept well and very clean. Large spaces to accommodate large events”
“People bring their dogs, there is a pond with ducks. For those who like nature, it is very relaxing.”
“Our park is beautiful. I think should have feeding station for the birds, bath pool. There are small public spaces everywhere.. We should invite the wildlife. Like areas with hedges, vegetation for hedgehogs. There is the the Burnt Oak Brook, I heard frogs and amphibians are disappearing faster. There are places to make ponds to invite them to share our area. There are connections park to park. Invite ducks like in Regents Park. Will bring value to our homes. Brexit trashed the value of our homes. Here is a quiet, lots of green areas and it's safe”
“We went for hanwarth family park that is happening every Sunday for family and children. 2K run every Sunday morning at 9am. Awesome park with leisure centre.”

“My guide dog and daughter (15y/o) love playing here has a park with a wooded area that is great for imaginative play. Has a paddle pool and a play/picnic area for younger children. Also has a bowling club with bowling green. Nice kept park where toilets have recently been repainted.”
“Beautiful park for the whole family. Contained play area with many different swings, slides etc for all ages. There is a big open lawn space for sports. About 800m unpaved loop around the edge (under trees for two thirds) great for doggos or runners. Skate park. Toilets, tennis courts (book online) and shaded picnic tables. Paddle pool is not due to be open in 2024 (have asked the council) but fingers crossed for next year”
“Peaceful.. quite.. good place to walk dogs and sit and enjoy the nature”
