“100% would recommend Wylies Welness centre. Their staff are always so helpful and friendly and go above and beyond! From their reception staff who always make you feel welcome and offer great help and advice where they can to their amazing vets. One of my dogs who is very nervous and reactive was unwell recently and their head vet Adele was so amazing with her, I couldn’t believe it. It’s so nice to have a practice who genuinely care about the welfare of your pet and understand that they’re family. I wouldn’t want my pets to go anywhere else. Thanks Wylies for everything, keep up the great practise that you’ve created.”
“Recently saw Kim who is a vet here. I rarely leave reviews anywhere, however, in this instance I felt it necessary to leave some praise as she’s one of the most empathetic, kindest and understanding vets I’ve ever seen. Her knowledge and experience was so helpful and I am so appreciative for her help. Thank you, Kim and to those on reception. Keep up the great work!”

“Our little bunny came in not to well and had to be put to sleep. The vet was lovely and gave us time to be with him. They was vey compassionate and understanding. I couldn't recommend forest Vets enough.”
“Been to The Oak veterinary practice for several years, always been kind and professional. The little touches from a letter of condolence to us when we had to have out Molly put to sleep. To letters to our pooch for treatment reminders. Can't recommend the staff enough, and the pricing isn't too bad either.”
“got three cats. Duchess, Wolfgang and Needy Ned. Medivet takes the absolute very best care of them. Im so grateful for that and so are my cats xx”
“Katie our 13yr C.K.C.S had to go for health check and boosters. She is very nervous when at the vets. We met Bolu Eso for the first time , Katie was at ease with him no shaking or burying her head into me. He was easy to talk to and was very understanding about Katie being nervous. Hope he stays at Grove road for a long time.”
“I’m a new kitten owner so being greeted by Kelly at the Cannonbury branch has been so helpful! She is friendly, professional and welcoming . Kelly is the right person to meet when walking into a vet as a first time animal owner . Zeta is a very friendly welcoming vet .I never feel rushed and she explains everything in such detail that we leave feeling reassured all is well . She clearly enjoys her work . We are very happy with this local vet .”
“We always have such a pleasant experience at Goddard Vets in Hackney. The team look after Monty so well. Special shout out to vet nurses Kelly and Charlotte - you girls are amazing and are so good at your jobs!”
“I went yesterday to get an Animal Health Certificate for taking my dog to Belgium. The staff were very friendly and most helpful with my concern about my dog’s condition. As was the veterinarian. It’s a great pity that I will no longer use their wonderful service. Suffice to say that I would highly recommend them for your pet’s needs. This visit left me with a very positive experience.”
“We used their subscription service for over a year. Can definitely recommend. Our cat never stressed out when we visited. Very clean place. We would continue to go there if we were still in the area.”
“An amazing veterinary practice that genuinely cares and deals with all requests very quickly!”
“Thank you to the vet who helped Fio. (I don't know his name.) Fio was vomiting, and he received an injection which stopped the vomit, and Fio slowly recovered from it. Thank you for the follow-up. If Fio is happy l'm happy!”
“A great vet practice. Always a welcoming bunch on arrival, and every vet seen to date, seems to really put the pet first. It’s easy to book appointments, and if ever I’ve had to change appointments, they’re always happy to assist. I just wished my GP treated me the same way. Lol”
“Have had to use their Emergency Veterinary services twice with our house rabbits and they have been excellent both times. They are caring, understanding and knowledgeable, which is hugely important when it comes to bunnies tummy issues! Zero hesitation in recommending them.”
“Very professional, kind are caring and reasonably priced. Moved to this practice from a larger one locally as I can see the same vet at every visit so good continuity of care”

“Excellent service. Caring staff especially Dr Phoebe who has recently overseen the care of my boy Baloo who has come back from the brink twice in the past 6 months.”
“The staff made me and my dog feel so welcome and the vet took the time to gain my dog’s trust before examining her. All the time the vet was explaining and informing me of the procedure and always put my dog’s welfare first. Would definitely recommend this surgery.”
“I recently joined this practice and have seen all the vets at the surgery, as I have a dog who’s been quite unwell. Every single member of the team has been so lovely and compassionate. They’ve shown real care and gentleness towards my dog, especially considering how anxious she’s become about vet visits. They never push unnecessary or expensive treatments - only what she truly needs - and every time we leave, she’s calm and on the road to recovery. I highly recommend them. It’s such a relief to have found a practice that puts the animal’s wellbeing first.”

“Anderson is a very kind and compassionate veterinarian. When we had to put our dog down he was very sympathetic to our situation and even sent us a card to let us know that we are not alone in our mourning. I’m so glad my dog managed to get treated with the upmost respect that she deserved.”
