βI have used Asda pharmacy for a while now and I must say my prescription is always ready in a timely fashion. They are always super busy but work tirelessly with a smile on their faces to serve all their patients. 10/10.β
βGreat Oakley pharmacy team, well done for a excellent service, I came in for my prescription on Friday, it was busy, served by a very helpful and friendly lady, was told my prescription would be ready in about 10minutes. Communication was excellent, I only had to wait 5 minutes. Service with a smileβ

βFriendly, helpful staff. Good range of products. Only thing that let's it down is the amount of available parking. (Parking is behind the pharmacy, shared with the vets- the other car park is for the doctors surgery and will incur a fine).β
βWill have to say after being treated very badly by my own gp, the doctor at tesco Cardington was a total star and helped me where the NHS and gp service failed me very badly.. sorry I didn't catch your name but to me you sir are a legend and I have the upmost respect for you. Thank you again.β
βThis chemist is very convenient when you are visiting the Great Holm (Hilltops) surgery. Open until 6.30pm Mon - Friday. Recently the displays have improved, as the prices of items are now displayed on the shelves. Unfortunately it's closed all weekend and its website is no longer available. Step entrance from the car park or ramp on the other side. Also accessible directly from inside the medical centre.β
βNeeded antibiotics on a bank holiday weekend - saw Erika pharmacist and was seen, treated and out in 10 minutes. Iβm very grateful and she was very friendly and helpful! Thank you Erika!!β
βBrilliant staff Always very helpfulβ
βI booked a last minute appointment at Loves Farm travel clinic on Friday to renew my Tetanus vaccination. When I arrived I was shown into the private room and the nurse took my blood pressure before giving me my vaccination. My pressure was 224/115 so it turned out I was in a hypertensive crisis and had to go to hospital to be given medication to bring the pressure down. According to the doctor I was a whisper away from an aneurysm, stroke or heart attack!! The shocking thing for me is that I had no history of high blood pressure and no symptoms at all, I felt great! Looking back now I realise that if I hadnβt booked that last minute vaccination appointment and if the pharmacy hadnβt taken my blood pressure as a routine measure, I could have died that weekend. Itβs a sobering thought, especially as Iβd driven along the motorway that day for work with no concept of the danger I and other road users were in. Loves farm is a great travel clinic and I hope all pharmacists are conducting routine blood pressure testing because I really believe that it saved my life that day.β
βGreat experience at Boots Kingsthorpe yesterday. Was advised to visit by 111, as I needed some antibiotics prescribing and the GP was closed. Was quickly seen by the pharmacist, and prescription was sorted then and there. Really friendly helpful employees. Thank you.β
βJardines pharmacy is a brilliant asset to Biggleswade, I swapped to them from another local pharmacy who always seemed to have IT issues and difficulties with supplies, I just wish Iβd done it earlier. My meds are dispensed quicker and the staff are so friendly. Iβd urge anyone who can to use them - you wonβt regret itβ
βAfter not having a good day and being let down by another Pharmacy which I had used many times before. I decided to go here and am so glad and happy I did the service i received was excellent from the start this really made my bad day great I have since been back again and to be greeted the same I have found out this lady's name is Rachel and I would like if she could be recognized for her brilliant customer service with a smile definitely an asset to your company thank you :)β
βFriendly and welcoming staff. Efficient text messaging service to let me know when repeat prescriptions are due.β
βVery helpful and very quick with my prescription. Other customers were angry for no reason and waiting 5 minutes and complaining. The staff do an excellent job and should be thanked for their work.β
βhad my covid vaccine there . had trouble online booking my husband appiontment online spoke to the lady absolutely lovely lady she sorted out the problem and vaccinated my husband the next day. we will both be going back for our 2nd . can't thank the lady enough.β
βWow! Boots not my first choice previously but just having used their services as an emergency, it was faultless! Two totally professionally ladies behind the counter, genuine concern & want to assist. Could not speak highly enough about them. Went over and above duty to help when original chemist had an urgent prescription passed to them from our Doctors, then closed its doors without notice due to staffing problems it stated. (not first time!) Pharmacist was inside but refused to serve even the urgent cases and old people waiting outside having already been told to return from earlier. Our prescription was already downloaded by them leaving Boots ladies in a very difficult position to repeat the required needs. Fast action taken, direct call to our doctors, a call at home within 15 mins to say sorted and ready to collect. Returned, on the spot service given. Companies are made by their staff not the name over the door,. Boot is not always number one for many people but with great ladies like this they would be the Go To! Thank you very much indeed!β
βNever had a problem with this pharmacy or itβs staff. Very well organised.β
βAbsolutely first class service again today at Tesco Pharmacy. Nothing is to much trouble, good advice and service from everyone and a special thank you to Shilpa for her help.β
βI have used this pharmacy for years and I've never had any issues. The ladies on the counter are very friendly and helpful.β
βPopped in today to buy a few items and WOW, what a refreshing change. Amazing to see happy, Smiling and Professional staff! Very helpful, willing to talk and answer all of my questions. It's a 10/10 for me, Will definitely be returningβ
βWalked in for the Pharmacy First service as I had had a UTI for a week already and knew I would be waiting too long for a GP appointment (especially with it being a Friday). I hadn't used the pharmacy before but the service exceeded my expectations. There was no queue at this time (mid afternoon) so I was seen to quickly by a very friendly pharmacist at the counter. She communicated what to expect and I was then seen to in the consultation room quicker than expected (they fit me in between vaccination appointments). It was also only a short wait for the prescription to be ready. I was in and out the store within about 15 minutes with the desired result, and had pleasant interactions with the attentive staff.β
