“Fantastic stay and amazing Pan Asian Cuisine. The restaurant was beautifully laid out fresh white table cloths and sparkling cutlery. The manager was so friendly and helpful with good energy. The staff were also a delight. Thankyou to you all. The locals in the pub were so welcoming will definitely recommend this venue to everyone. It’s a shame ‘Jason’ didn’t give a true reflection and fake reviews are left! Thankyou George & Horn”
“Location was perfect for what we needed. The room was ok not as clean as we were hoping for but for one night we didn't mind. The staff were really friendly. Yes we would stay again because of the location”
“Pleasant, helpful service from all staff members. Convenient location. I visited on a hot sunny weekend and each time I returned from a day out there was no trouble finding a parking bay. Good car parking facility. I can't comment on food as I did not eat there. TV, kettle and drinks facility, shower gel and towels provided in the room. Also provided was a fan, thankfully, as was a heatwave, so it was a blessing indeed. No hairdryer or iron, but I understand you only had to ask at reception if one was required. Good shower. Bed was OK, but didn't like the pillow at all and the loo seat was askew and needed fixing, but good room at a good price deal for three nights. I would stay again as there were no issues and it was very handy for the railway station for Windsor & Eton.”
“Lovely room. Very friendly and helpful night staff. Lady on reception last night was very welcoming & friendly. Cannot believe this place is not at least a 3 star.”
“It’s my second time staying at Travelodge Frimley and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Frimley Travelodge is convenient, comfortable, and affordable lodge in the Surrey area, not to mention clean and free car park, and friendly and helpful staffs. This is definitely the place to go if you need a lodge around Surrey area...”
“A small family owned and operated hotel that's just a short walk from restaurants, pubs, a casino or the river. The owners go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. You really feel like one of the family when you stay at the Thameside hotel, not just a room number with a credit card like at the big chains. I highly recommend the Thameside hotel to anyone visiting the Reading area.”
“I come regularly to visit my children and stay here. The rooms are a little dated, but don’t let this put you off because the beds are super comfy as they have recently changed them all. I had a fantastic nights sleep. The staff are always very welcoming, helpful and polite.Parking is great and I think the price is extremely reasonable for what you get here. This is always my first choice when I come back to Bracknell.”
“Visited the bar several evenings running, as there was great football coverage. The bar was very comfortable and welcoming, warm, and the beer was great! Will definitely be visiting again.”
“Stranded near Reading with a travel fridge and a dog, desperately seeking the location of a hotel that would accommodate us. Enter Ibis. They told us over the phone just to show up because there's plenty of room. Night staff were super friendly. Very warm reception and free hot drinks. Generously sized room, as others have mentioned. Breakfast was included in the price, and morning staff were also very helpful and courteous. My wife needed to sleep off the effort of the night before but they still happily made me a bacon butty for her (breakfast is until 9). But checkout wasn't until 12 so we still had time to snooze. And even after all of that, midday reception was kind enough to put our bags into the luggage room and even plugged in our fridge! Nobody ever said no to us the whole time; always don't worry, they'll sort it out. Even the housekeeping staff were patient and helpful, and we merely had to navigate their Henry hoover in the corridor! You may notice the place could do with a dab of paint or a couple of carpet nails here and there but I challenge anyone to find this a reason to complain after such great service at such a good price. If you go, remember to be courteous and you will be well met in kind. Oh, and don't accidentally go to the big Ibis in town, or the Ibis Styles on Duke Street. Apologies to the night staff at Duke Street because we thought we had spoken to them on the phone but they don't allow dogs!”
“Super warm and friendly staff, free parking and clean rooms. Whilst the hotel is in town, which means shops and restaurants are a few min walk away, it was still very quiet. We had a great sleep and would highly recommend a stay at this travelodge if ever travelling in/through Camberley.”
“Arrived at the hotel to a clean family room. One double bed and two put up beds. No issues with the room at all. Only thing we could have done with in the bathroom was a bath mat for the floor. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and soap , shower gel and towels for the bathroom. Room was a good temperature. Breakfast was good too. A nice selection of hot food, cold foods and drinks . Onsite parking. Would stay again if we were in the area.”
“Rooms are nice and big great showers, plenty of parking easy to find....booking and service was great.”
“I see many comments the place is dated. Maybe so but still very presentable. Room was clean and came with balcony overlooking the lake which was great. Staff have been very friendly and the breakfast was good as was the evening meal. So dated maybe but many more years of service this hotel is capable off.”
“We were welcomed by a warm welcoming gentleman called Rohan, extremely polite and friendly, he wished us happy stay and he also added if we needed anything as well as extra pillows, towels, soap, anything at all just let him know, our 2 days stay was great , the place was spotless clean , beautiful bathroom and bedroom, with soft pure cotton, we were really impressed. Would recommend it any one with all classes. Thank you Rohan for your great hospitality Shamim Jumba and Farhad soltani”
“Regular stop for us if we want to get into London early. It's a Travelodge, clean but basic. Wetherspoons below but you don't hear it and they do a cheaper and better breakfast than the Travelodge.”
“This is my goto hotel for when in the area. I've always found the rooms to be spotlessly clean, refreshed and relatively quiet. As with most hotels including other chains not far away, i find a first floor bedroom means you dont have to listen to the creaking floors above you when your a light sleeper like me! barr that carpark safe, and conveniently next to shell and starbucks, happy days!”
“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was fast and smooth, and I immediately felt well taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the swimming pool and spa area—immaculately clean, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind. The Jacuzzi was especially relaxing after a long day of travel. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, it’s a great way to de-stress. Another huge plus was the free parking, which made things super convenient. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference. What really stood out overall was the friendly customer service. Every staff member I encountered, from reception to housekeeping, was genuinely kind and attentive. It’s clear that the hotel values guest satisfaction and puts in the effort to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!”
“Had a short stay whilst working at the festival. Location is a great spot. Everyone there was helpful and welcoming. The room was perfect and had TV, shower, sink and tea/coffee facilities. Would stay again.”
“Lovely hotel in a countryside setting. Staff and management very attentive. Had an all inclusive package including breakfast and buffet style evening meal and couldn't fault it (the lamb tagine was very tasty). Also dog friendly too! Will definitely book again.”
“The service was excellent, stayed recently for a festival event and was delighted with the local receptionists knowledge of the area. Bar area is also lovely and great value like the rest of the hotel, overall brilliant area and great value! Thanks”
“Very friendly staff not the best room but overall it’s not the worst”
