“We had a lovely stay at the premier inn camberley. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, the food was lovely! The staff were really friendly. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. Thank you.”
“We spent the weekend at the Coppid Beech hotel, and couldn't fault the rooms, or service. We had a king room. The kids loved the jacuzzi bath. We chose the hotel due to the location with Lapland UK a 15 minute drive from the hotel. On the morning we were to check out, we planned to go to the coral reef swimming pool and the hotel gave us a complimentary extra hour on the check out time. Service was faultless!”
“its what you get on the tin. standard family room fine for one night and perfect for visiting local attractions such as lapland uk the staff are really super and friendly (helpful) really tasty breakfast and thank you to the lady who sorting a boiled egg for the baby. if there are internal awards for staff at premier inn then I hope Caroline is recognised and given one. what a star!”
“Only had breakfast but the service and food was outstanding. Thanks to Emil who was a credit to his employer. Payrise deserved for this employee.”
“Pleasant location Very clean Large room Friendly staff Excellent food I will choose this hotel next time I stay in the area”
“The most welcoming B&B we've stayed in. John was over and above welcoming and accommodating to everyone staying there. We overheard one couple requesting porridge which wasn't on display and then watched as he went to local shop to get some as supplies had run out. Not many hosts would go to those lengths. Nothing was too much trouble and he has a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area too which was really helpful. The room was really comfortable and clean and the gardens were spectacular to sit and relax in. We couldn't have asked for better service and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - thank you to John and the team at Elizabeth House.”
“I've read alot of miserable reviews of the hotel being a little rundown which is true. But i paid £75 to stay in the Grange which I thought it was very good value for a quiet and comfortable room. This included a very decent breakfast. And the grounds are really very nice. Great walks.”
“So I got married here and it was honestly such a beautiful day, I couldn’t have asked for better team to organise my wedding day, so helpful from day one. The only thing was the rooms are rather small but to me it was my little fairytale wedding!”
“This hotel is a gem. Charming, old fashioned in the best sense of the word. Feels family run. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the bar Caesar Salad i had late at night after arriving was the best Caesar Salad i have ever eaten - and i have eaten a few! Very generous portion and way over the top with fresh ingredients. Delicious! The room was excellent, bed comfortable, quiet and with windows you can actually open! As was the breakfast - a widely varied menu, something for everyone and all charmingly and efficiently served. If you have to have a hotel in Fleet, then you couldn't do better than this one!”
“We had our 2024 wedding reception at the barn at The Olde Bell and it was a wonderful experience. Leah was very helpful in helping us figure out the timings, how to structure the day and the usual order of events since we were a bit clueless. On the day, Vincent was magnificent, so calm and collected, professional but warm. All the staff we had on our day was great, the food was fantastic (multiple guests said they really enjoyed it) and we had a great time. We also used the recommended suppliers for flowers and music and were very happy with both! As a clueless couple whose main requirement was for things to be nice and for everyone to have a good time (I know, not much to work with!), we received a great service and were very happy with how things turned out.”
“Charlotte at Reception was very friendly and welcoming. I lost my wallet and she was very helpful in finding it for me, she certainly went above and beyond. Cannot fault the service.”
“I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was superb—warm, relaxed, and full of character. The swimming pool and spa was great, and the historic setting of the hotel added a special charm to the whole experience. Breakfast was a real highlight—flavorful and satisfying, with top-notch service. However, the restaurant food was a letdown. While the staff remained friendly and attentive, the meals were tasteless and overpriced. This is definitely an area that could use some improvement. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would recommend the hotel for its atmosphere, history, and hospitality. Just hope they upgrade the food at the restaurant soon!”
“The hotel was absolutely lovely. As a wheelchair user, I get anxious about going to new places but this hotel is 100% disabled friendly. Although I didn't have a disabled room, the room I had was very spacious and I was still able to use my wheelchair in it easily. It was very clean, the food was delicious (although slightly expensive), and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this place for a lovely little retreat, the spa facilities were really nice and also wheelchair friendly!”
“Good location. Next door to Beefeater for food. Booked by company, so walk in pick up card, enter reg number of van into system to avoid parking charge. Nice room with TV, clean comfortable bed. Acceptable bathroom, hairdryer etc. Good kip. Morning coffee, drop card in box. Sorted.”
“Just had our “Surprise” wedding reception here. Staff were more than helpful in getting the room set up despite the fact we were essentially self catering. Moved food into their fridges to keep it cool and kept topping up as needed. Great room for a largish party of 100 or so and despite the 30 degrees outside the air conditioning kept us cool. The staff were really helpful including at the end when we had lots of tables to sort out and clear they did most of it for us making our evening as enjoyable as possible.”
“Very good. I stayed in 3 bedroom apartment . It is very clean. Big area with 2 bathrooms. It is very close to the town center.”
“Currently staying. Beautiful house and very easy access to town. Definitely recommend.”
“Great apartment in the central part of Reading”
“Beautiful rooms, great facilities. Good location and helpful landlord.”
“Lovely hosts, a home from home during renovations - I’m awful with names but the owner was welcoming and friendly in the morning, his niece was absolutely superb! Went out of their way for me to get the keys earlier and the breakfast lady ( sorry I didn’t ask name) was kind, interactive with my daughter and I actually can’t fault the room.... comfy bed, lovely shower, extremely clean and more than value for money! Will be staying here a lot more while we are renovating! Thank you for being so accommodating on short notice and making us feel at home”
“This is our second time staying here this year at Dial house hotel..we would definitely be visiting here again and again...it has a charm and character that you don't get with bigger hotel chains...the staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating..the rooms are rustic and the shower is amazing hot and powerful..the rooms are clean and so cosy..the staff has personal attention in details to make our stay comfortable...would definitely recommend you stay here to find out what a great place this is....Spence and Bara”
“I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid, but the room was nice, clean, aired and not stuffy. Bathroom was in good shape as well. Little shower gel and hand soap was provided. The room had a fridge, microwave, some plates and cutlery, and mugs as well as basic coffe and tea options. Athough I'd suggest adding a tea towel or something to put the washed dishes on . The only downside was very loud fridge, it actually woke me up at night There is plenty of parking spaces. I booked with breakfast, good option to choose from even gluten/dairy free options were provided Definitely recommend”
“I wasn't expecting a great deal from this hotel on a University campsite but I was very pleasantly impressed. Comfortable clean room, tea & Coffee making facilities and any staff I happened upon were extremely pleasant. Great value for a bed for the night. The Park Bar next door was fab too. Didn't eat there but enjoyed the drinks and ambiance”
“I stayed in the guest house for two weeks for work. All of the people that work here are really friendly, especially Tom! From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out he made sure everything about my stay was good. The hotel room was clean and recently refurbished. It was a short walk across the road to the Cunningham hotel who also run the guest house. Here you could order the most amazing Yorkshire wrap which I would highly recommend!! Another great dish was Luke’s special chicken burger, but the Yorkshire wrap is definitely the best option! They also have a lovely big garden. I really enjoyed my time here, and I would stay here again.”
