“Absolutely fantastic spot to have some brunch in Buxton, right on the high street. The food was outstanding and served quickly. I had a vegan samosa chaat which was delicious and they had a range of vegan/ gluten free foods. All very affordable with a decent portion size. Beautiful Indian street food done well. It was also busy, on a Monday, which tells me it’s a popular local spot. Tables were full and reserved. I’d highly recommend this if you’re visiting Buxton.”

Searched around for sometime to find a place that could provide the exact style and dimensions we wanted at a fair price and lead time. The quality is excellant and oak beautifully grained and finished. “I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I would like to share my experience as I am amazed by the customer service and product I have purchased from them. The corner sofa is comfortable and very well looking in our living room. The salesperson was very helpful and patient. The waiting delivery time was not too long and arrived even early than expected. From the beginning till the end, everything was fine. They came on the agreed time, set up our sofa and cleaned after themselves. I definitely will recommend them and will purchase from them again!”

“Great theatre , not seen a bad production here and Saturday nights performance of A Christmas Carol was fantastic. All actors were brilliant, led by a great Mr Scrooge . The children were excellent too. We enjoyed the singing incorporated in the play , a real festive night to begin Christmas 2025 !”

“Probably the best East-Asian food I've eaten at a restaurant. Excellent service and the food came promptly. The chef and owner explained different points on the menu in a very clear manner and gave great recommendations. The food itself was brilliant, the best part was that everything is halal since they don't use any pork and only use halal meat. The atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent. We were actually the only ones there at the time. I personally was a big fan of all the paintings hung up on the walls. The owner even explained the cultural significance behind some of them and what they meant. Overall a 10/10 experience. Would recommend to anyone thinking of going there and I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.”

“What a lovely little find! We were in Sheffield for a night and found this place on a search for some Indian food. The food was delicious and great to try something different to other Indian restaurants. The owner was very friendly and the waitress also was really helpful at explaining the menu and helping us choose. Would recommend if you are in the area.”

“We moved into pure office off junction 27 of the M1 in August 2022. The customer service provided by all of the pure offices team right from initial point of contact to present has been outstanding in every sense. The team there did everything possible to make our move smooth and have be readily available to provide any support if required. The services at the site such as meeting/training rooms are excellent and the whole site is well maintained with a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Would highly recommend!!”

“Excellent Italian restaurant over two floors, both rooms quite small. Very good service and delicious food; between us we tried several seafood pasta dishes, and a Caprese starter (which oddly had rocket instead of Basil, but was still very tasty). Good value wines and friendly and relaxed service.”

“Went here tonight (Saturday) it was busy but we had booked and was greeted with a warm welcome and seated straightaway. The food was absolutely fantastic, we had the 3 courses for £30 which was amazing value for money. The service was amazing. Will definitely be returning.”

“So for years I’ve been recommending this place as a ‘go to’ for pretty much everything… a relaxed evening with some cocktails on the terrace, light lunch through the day or a meal in the evening for occasions- anyone visiting Sheffield I’ve always recommended this place. It had been a while since I last visited myself, but the other day me and a friend came in for lunch. We’d seen the promotion giving the option of 2 or 3 courses for a set price on a Wednesday. Wow… The hanging kebabs were included (pleasantly surprised), and the quality and freshness of the food was outstanding. So much flavour! The interior in this place is always bright and feels well looked after. Staff were super attentive and approachable, drinks were (and still are) good quality- not like a lot of the cheap sugary cocktails in other local bars. This place truly never disappoints. I’m so glad I can confidently say it’s a consistently LOVELY place to go in Sheffield.”

“I had a great experience at the Royal Victoria, so far the best (chain) hotel I've stayed at in Sheffield. The staff were professional and friendly, and whilst the lobby are and hallways are showing their age a little, the room was absolutely lovely. It was well-equipped and modern, as well as light and airy (we had a corner room). One note: it is located on top of a very busy road, and though the windows are quite good at blocking the noise, if you're a light sleeper then perhaps bring earplugs to be on the safe side. I had some with me but forgot to put them in and still slept great. The advantage is that you're within 15mins walk of the train station, and the same distance from Kelham Island and the city centre!”

“My favourite restaurant in London Rd. They have variety of bases and toppings, as well as side dishes. All of the foods are halal. The staff are also helpful and friendly. I would recommend their udon noodles and Malaysian chicken, me and my husband love it so much.”

“If I could give this place more stars I would as it in my opinion deserves it. Very friendly reception staff. Wheelchair accessible throughout the entire building. . The room is very clean and made up well with coffee and tea facilities. Rooms are cleaned for you daily with fresh bedding and towels. The bathroom is amazing and modern with a lovely power shower. Included in the price is a free breakfast whether you want a cooked breakfast or a choice of cereals and fruit, plus free coffee or fruit juice and you can eat as much as you wish to. It has a well stocked bar along with a extremely high quality menu at a very reasonable price. Plus a choice of snacks should you miss the restaurant times. All in all the Holiday Inn Express in Sheffield far surpasses its 3 Star rating and I will definitely be staying there again and I would highly recommend it for both families and romantic couples .
