“Thanks to Caroline for sorting out my pony's abscess. She has been kind, skillful and patient. The staff have all been friendly and very helpful since we joined the practice. As a follow-up to my review my pony had developed quite a needle phobia after needing a lot of procedures over the winter. Chloe has been absolutely fantastic using positive behaviour techniques to desensitise her. With great patience and good humour she was able to do a dental check and take a blood sample with no drama at all. Cannot thank her enough.”

“Such a great experience. Wonderful welcome by lovely hosts. The accommodation is excellent. Quirky and in keeping with the old building but the hosts have managed to ensure all comforts are available. Will definitely return”

“Great campsite for access to the New Forest. Even though the site was booked out on a bank holiday weekend it still felt like there was plenty of space. A group next to us had their music quite loud but the Kylie came over and told them to turn it down around 5pm (which they did) and then came back at 11pm and got them to turn it off (which they did).”

“My husband and I stayed just for one night a couple of weeks ago but would definitely stay again when visiting the New Forest. We mentioned we were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary and were treated to a bottle of wine delivered to our room. The staff were lovely, all very welcoming, Susan was the main lady who was so friendly . By the time we left, it felt like we'd known her for ages. The room was clean and bright . Also noticed it was a dog friendly place to stay. Well recommended.”

“Had table for 10 last night for our mum's surprise 80th birthday. No pre order was required so everyone could choose on the night. Choice of normal or some Xmas options. The service was second to none. All drinks brought to table. Sean who looked after us was absolutely fantastic, a joy to have serving us. Made for a fun night and stepped in to take photos of the family. All the food was brought out in a good time, all hot, nothing was forgotten. Clearing service also seamless so a shout out to the young lady who was serving and clearing dishes. We all agreed it was a wonderful evening, lovely clean setting and I'd recommend to anyone. Thank you all at the white rabbit for making mum's 80th special.”

“Stayed for a short break to visit the Cathedral, Christmas Market and shops. The Westgate’s central position was ideal for access to everything. Room very comfortable. Food excellent and all the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend and hope to be able to return one day soon. Thankyou”

“Warm and welcoming hosts. Very good selection of continental breakfast and the mini fridge in the room was an added bonus. The only fault I could find was a lack of a sink plug, which made shaving a little harder.”

“Had a sunday roast here....what a great roast dinner it was....a trio of meats cooked too perfection. My wife and daughter had had the roast chicken and none of us finished there was so much. Great staff very attentive. If you want great food at a great price go here!”

“We came down from Scotland and stayed in one of the Superior Rooms. Full air con, very roomy as it is an accessible room. Had plenty of room to manoeuvre my power chair. Staff are very friendly and remember you from previous visits. We had meal deals so enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Everything was excellent. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting family and friends or going on a cruise.”

“Our room was very nice and cleaned to a high standard. Bed comfy, exceptionally clean bathroom. Staff; Gareth went above & beyond in helpfulness, nothing was too much trouble, esp helping with my wifi problem. Jackie on reception was friendly & professional. It is so nice to meet staff willing to help and appearing to enjoy their work. Thank you. We highly recommend this Premier Inn.”

“We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly, check in was quick and easy. Room was normal - we had 2 pop up beds for the kids. Only negative comment is the mattress was too firm for us. Breakfast was lovely in the morning. Location was 15minutes away from Paultons park.”

Charlie kindly checked the alignment and gave them a good clean into the bargain.
