“All staff members were helpful, kind and polite. These members of staff in particular went out of there way. There names are Darrell, Abbey, Lency, Lauren, Tina, Paula and Gail. We were made welcome and comfortable in our stay at the hotel.”

“I ordered a great mixed grill but must admit I was a little disappointed with no lamb chop or black pudding. It was still a great meal and value for money with the email voucher. The evening front of house staff was very helpful and not overpowering. Decor was a little to shabby chic and could do with abit of tlc.”

“We stayed here for one night as we were visiting the West Midlands Safari Park, which was only about a 25-minute drive away. The lady at reception, who was also helping out at the restaurant bar, was so sweet, approachable, and looked after us really well. She was very informative and welcoming. They had a great deal for £26.99 which included a two-course meal, a drink, and breakfast – perfect for us. The place was clean and tidy, and the room was good too. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it.”

“Wowwwwww and wowwwwwww staff super friendly. Couldn't do anymore for me and the wife. Made us feel very welcome. From start to finish. We was going to eat out but decided to stay in and eat at the restaraunt and was glad amazing top quality food. Only complaint was hotel was very noisy but they did have 2 big venues on that didn't get finished till gone 4am so was kept awake a bit. Apart from that amazing views . Would stay again and reccomend .”

“Me and my fiancé stayed there last night, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a lovely bathroom and a desk with tea, coffee, cups, kettle, sugar and sweeteners. The room also have a tv with all the channels so u could enjoy a good movie. The staff were very warm and welcoming and were very willing to have a conversation with us when we went outside to smoke. Overall wonderful hotel definitely worth every penny and we will definitely be staying there again. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in”

“Attended a Church conference nearby and needed a last minute room after a late finish. The staff Luke and Paul made sure I felt safe on a Sunday evening in a city I didn't know. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Will recommend to those I travel with in the future.”

“Myself and my boyfriend booked a double room. My daughter and her boyfriend have 4 children, 2 of the children have adhd, but the rooms only accommodate 2 children, so my daughter booked one room with 2 of the children and a second room for her boyfriend and 2 of the children. When we saw the rooms, they would have been fine with one room. Anyway, the rooms were lovely (I'm not complaining) We went down for breakfast the second morning we were there, the lady on that took our names, myself and my boyfriend hadnt booked, and the restaurant was very busy, but Jade allowed us to have a table, she was very nice, polite and kind to us. and my grandson was a bit overwhelmed, he kept moving tables and I said to my daughter that Oliver couldn't help.it, my daughter said " but it's not an excuse, a member of staff, Tia, came over and asked if it was okay for Oliver to have felts, I said it was, and Tia went to fetch some paper and felts, she asked Oliver to draw a dinosaur, he did this in between eating his meal. It kept him occupied. Tea was so ki d towards Oliver and he looked for her after breakfast to give her the drawing. She was so pleased. The staff were really good with the children, In fact, they were brilliant!! We will definitely be going to the Kidderminster Premier Inn again. I highly recommend it.”

“Lovely stay here, rooms are decent, clean, hot shower with good pressure. Might need a little updating but otherwise fine for a night stay. Staff were very very accommodating. Even offered my parents a free breakfast for celebrating their wedding anniversary! Really nice of them!”

“We have visited and stayed at Westfield Court Hotel several times, for parties or, most recently, a wedding. We have always found it to be a pleasant place to stay and good value for money. Nice area, lots of parking, nearby shops and pubs for evening meals if required. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was lovely and the price very reasonable. The service and catering provided at the wedding were excellent, good quality food and plenty for everyone. The place looked great done up for a celebration. Bar prices not over the top, good DJ recommended by the hotel which helped fill the dance floor! I would definitely recommend this place for a stay or an event.”

“This was my first visit but won’t be my last! The food was so fresh and delicious - way too much for me to eat but you can take it home!! The staff as always were lovely as I have stayed at the hotel and look forward to having dinner here again Sahithye was our server and made the meal even more fun with fantastic attention and always a smile. “Absolutely amazing stay! After a terrible experience at another hotel, coming here was a complete relief. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable, everything perfectly clean and well looked after. A huge thank you to Mini at reception — she was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. After such a rough start to my trip, she truly turned things around and made me feel at home. The whole hotel is calm, clean, and well organized — I finally managed to rest properly! I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and genuinely pleasant stay.”

“Staff are lovely, so helpful and friendly in fact they are probably the best members of staff we have encountered in all the premier inn hotels so far. Food was lovely and the cocktails went down a treat. The room is clean and smelt fresh. A huge thankyou and well done Tia , Charmaine and Lorna your customer service skills are spot on .”

“I just want to thank the team at Leonardo Hotel. We trialled this year booking a number of meeting rooms. They have been excellent from communication to support on the day. I also want to personally thank several people who I didn't get the names of all of. Firstly to Andrew who was very polite, extremely hardworking and ensured we were ok. I can't remember the ladies name but she was really helpful every time especially ensuring lunch for our delegates have gone smoothly for a number of our bookings. Credit to the catering team for putting a lovely hot buffet every time. The accomodation was also very good with comfortable beds. The location is great with onsite parking. We will be booking here again throughout 2026.”

“Helpful staff and great location. You have to pay £15 for parking for a night but the area is quite central, so it’s not a big amount if you consider location. Gym is open 24/7 which is a big plus. All in all, it’s a good place to stay”

“One night family stay after a trip to cadburys world. Great base with clean and comfortable room. The staff here are so friendly and very accommodating. Evening meal and breakfast was great.”

“Just back from a birthday afternoon tea with my friends. A wonderful tea with great selection of sandwiches and cakes. They even made some bespoke sandwiches for us. The staff are friendly attentive and helpful. The table was decorated and both birthday girls had a gift. Big thanks to Julette who looked after us so well. What a lovely lady and an asset to Novotel. Excellent service and a lovely way to spend the afternoon.”

“Stayed here for a weekend away, the hotel was lovely, the room was very spacious, we were on the 6th floor and had a great view. The hotel is very central, about 5 mins away from the train station and the buil ring. Only downside was the traffic outside the hotel causes snarl ups at busy times so plan this in if booking an Uber or taxi.”

“l stayed at B&B Hotel whilst on business in the City, and from the moment l arrived there was such a great welcome, staff were all so friendly and kind, room was great, bed incredibly comfortable best nights sleep in hotel for a long time. We ate in restaurant on site and food was delicious, well presented and generous portions. Breakfast next morning also well presented and lovely and fresh with so many options. On my departure l had an issue with my car, whilst waiting for breakdown service, l was looked after with a coffee and kindness. A lovely find, with incredible staff who absolutely go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend.”

“Spot On. Clean, great room, comfy bed, great coffee machine, loved the style of the building and location. Coffee shop round the corner. Parking on the road outside. Checked in on my phone, even called the lift on my phone! 15 min walk from the utilita arena. 20 min walk into town. 10/10.”

“Val was absolutely amazing and so kind. Despite us getting here 5 minutes before the carvery closed, she was so accommodating and made sure we got food and drinks. The lady serving the carvery, Jane, was also so kind and welcoming.”

“Had a fantastic stay. Rooms where big and clean. I had orginally booked 2 bed ap but was contacted that it was split which worked out better as we got 2 big apartments. Great location and the receptionist Christina was lovely help us out massivley as it wss our first time in Birmingham .”

“Might be a bit biased as they saved me and my friends just before midnight from not having any where to sleep for the night. The room was just what we needed comfortable beds, clean and well presented. I couldn't ask any more from the staff who helped us quickly and without delays. Location is a perfect close to a 15 min drive to the centre of Birmingham, and the on-site parking really helped.”

“Had our wedding here on 23rd August, the staff were amazing! Especially Sara! The venue looked awesomely setup, the grounds outside were great with so much space for our guests. The staff worked very hard and we were made to feel very welcomed and had all the help in the world. Rooms were nice, clean and in peaceful surroundings. The breakfast is a must!!!! Thankyou to everyone at the venue for an amazing experience!”

“Had an overnight here on Thursday on way back to our depot. Staff welcoming and friendly easy booking in. Room clean and very comfortable. Company booked room including a meal deal. Which you will see from the photos were lovely and fresh and cooked to perfection. Slept well and arrived at the restaurant for breakfast to an excellent choice and again pleasant welcoming staff. Well done all, would recommened and stay here again!”

“Stayed here for business, rooms a bit dated but to be expected with an older hotel. Perfectly adequate. Superb and friendly staff, especially Tamsin in the bar and front desk. Fantastic breakfast which set me up for the day, no need for lunch. Bar downstairs which has good range of dri as and open until midnight for residents. Will stay again. Excellent location, with parking at the rear and a short 10 minute walk into the town centre.”
