“First visit to the shop in Cardiff today, was pleasant, was able to wander round without being hassled but when I asked questions for advise and help. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I think I had Adrian serving me today and he went above and beyond to give me a demonstration of a jig set I was looking at. Other than having a good range and variety of tools and equipment I will be back because the service was so good. Thanks from the novice who bought the jig set & table saw”

“Fred Perry is my achilles heel I can't visit without making a purchase! The products are such high quality and without a doubt worth it! I love the Amy Winehouse Foundation clothing and at my recent visit purchased the silk "I told you I was trouble" Harrington jacket. The staff in the Cardiff shop were amazing so helpful and kind giving advice on sizing and honest review of if something suited. They were happy to chat and didn't make me feel I was a pain at all. “Fantastic experience that exceeded expectations. I needed to replace some walking boots. I explained roughly what I wanted and what I would use them for. Then had my feet measured, but not just measured, they seemed to measure where bits of my feet were. Then various options were presented, each explained and a quite thorough check to make sure the shortlist fitted properly. So I walked up and down a ramp, wandered around the shop. And, eventually, had a pair of boots that are, quite literally, some of the most comfortable things I've had on my feet. If you need boots, go here. It's rare these days to get proper attention when choosing footware.”

“Great quality shoes that won't fall apart after a year like most other places. Most comfortable I've ever worn because they really fit my foot properly, and they stock .5 sizes. They are quite pricey but often have big reductions in the sales. They also have an outlet website that's worth checking out. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who aren't pushy.”

“Today I had a very bad start to the day. I had devastating news and was really upset. I went into boots just from being in tears and I needed a little touch up of my make up. Trying not to look so bad. I can only wear a certain brand of make up due to skin sensitivities and a young lady who works on the esstee lauder table was very understanding and helped me feel and look that little bit better. I didn't catch her name but whoever she was needs to be recognised for her sincere empathy and help. Thank you”

I have been lucky to have been given a couple of Benefit cosmetic makeovers recently, and she is credit to the store. She has convinced me to try out a whole new brand of make up and has helped me understand what looks I feel comfortable in and which also suit me and make me feel more confident. Sabrina is the best worker I have seen ever and made me feel so welcome and has very good conversation skill and has helped me become more confident in make up as a whole. The picture below has to be one of my favourite and made me feel so happy and like I can feel myself (excuse my tongue). I loved the new brow products and all of the skin care products as well.”
