The store didn’t have the shoes I need on display but he managed to spot 2 pairs right at the top of the shelves, he checked in the back for half sizes which there was none but the size he found fit anyway. Very much appreciate the effort put in to help me!”

First sales assistant said the suit I loved didn't come with a waistcoat so I looked elsewhere but ultimately decided to come back as I loved the suit. Susan at the cashdesk was ordering the jacket online for me and found a waistcoat that is part of the suit! So amazing and great service from her. Credit to the shop”

“I do love Hollister there is always that amazing smell when you walk in. The staff here were extra friendly so helpful and were willing to check anything for us. There was a great selection and they had a great sale on. They encouraged us to sign up to mailing and we received extra money off. Clothes fit great and the jeans I bought I have had loads of compliments.”

The staff on duty was very helpful and guided us to buy the best jacket with water proof and suitable for the climate. Good discount was available, they accepted any international card except Amex. Thankful to staff for suggesting and guiding, will visit again in the future.”
