“Sharon looks after our dog and we couldn’t be more happy with her, I hate to leave him with anyone but he loves going to stay with her, Sharon is also really great if we get back late I leave her a key and she drops our dog home, feel really confident he is getting the best care”

“Honestly looks a bit sketchy at first, but it’s so lovely. It faces the water, it’s spacious and super clean. I will definitely be returning. It’s such a nice location and close to so many nice places to eat and hangout. Pretty safe too. I wish the room had a thicker blanket and maybe a bathrobe because the bathroom and shower area isn’t in the rooms and it’s an apartment sort of a situation, and I don’t think anybody would want to get see in the halls in their towel by a stranger. The kitchen was also nice and clean and had a microwave, fridge, oven, washing machine and plates etc. They had a kettle too, but it was pretty dirty and definitely not in a usable condition. They also had tea bags, coffee, milk, shower gel, moisturiser and shampoo etc.”

“First of all I did read of the reviews, but when we actually went there it was quite well maintained and run effectively. The rooms were is good condition and kept clean, and they provided a breakfast service which served freshly cooked hot means. I was initially concerned, since reading negative reviews. Needless to say I think they have reevaluated their selves and made improvements, therefore in the whole it's rather decent for a 2-star hotel.”

“Myself and wife stayed at the Westleigh for 2 nights. The hosts David and Jane were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the room with Super King bed which was very comfortable, with a modern bathroom overlooking there beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent. Nice lounge if you wanted to sit and read or look at the garden.”

“Kevin has been such a gentleman, and very caring and kind to our 12 year old beagle. I am very happy with the dog daycare and boarding services, punctual with pick up and drop off, quick respond and frequent updates. Absolutely 100% satisfied with the received Dog walking/care service.”

“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

We were so nervous about leaving Soph but, the minute we met Jen, she gave us all the confidence we needed. “I highly recommend Dominique's cat sitting services. Lovely and very professional from the first time we met, she takes great care of our beloved cat, and always sends photos or videos from precious quality time she spend with her. Everything is always well taken care of and knowing she is taking care of our cat makes the traveling a lot less worrisome. I travel quite a bit and she is almost always available, if not she helps to find other reliable, friendly and quality sitters. Our cat also boarded with her and was very well taken care of. From the website, blog, Dominique's house and everything else you can feel the love for cats just shining through! Cannot recommend highly enough!!”

“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“I have being sending Barney to Halo Dogs for around 2 years, and trust me when I say if Barney didn't like it he wouldn't go. The team at HALO are amazing and look after Barney as though he was their own, when Barney comes back from Day School I can just tell he has had a fun actioned packed fun day. I am also really appreciative of the pick up and drop off service from my home or my work place, the ease of the booking system and the the general organisation of how Halo Dogs runs. Barney and I highly recommend Halo, while you dog is living their best life, you can rest assure that your dog will be in very safe and caring hands.”

“My cats love staying at Oaks Cattery. They always come home happy. The owners are friendly and treat the cats as they would their own. Communication is good and we received messages to say how they were. The cattery is clean and well looked maintained. I will definitely use them again”

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Theresa and Simon are passionate about the care they provide. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure my cat was comfortable during his stay. The environment is exceptionally clean, and the pens are spacious, giving the cats plenty of room to relax. My cat had a lovely time exploring and resting in his cosy pen. I especially appreciated the large garden area with a beautiful view—what a peaceful setting for the cats to enjoy! Located in a quiet spot, the cattery offers a serene and calm atmosphere, which is perfect for pets who need some downtime. Theresa and Simon even provided me with updates through videos, so I could see how my cat was settling in. It was so reassuring to know he was being well looked after. If you're looking for a caring, clean, and spacious place for your cat, this is the cattery for you. Simon and Theresa truly care about what they do, and it shows in the way they treat every cat like their own.”

“My boy Bertie is a lockdown kitten and sadly due to the lack of socialisation with other people (other than me) when he was very young due to the restrictions in place at the time he is therefore extremely attached to me and me alone, and can be difficult to interact with. Despite this, I have no hesitation in leaving Bertie in the very capable hands of Karon and Molly at Meow Manor. Bertie is clearly very content at Meow Manor and I am regularly updated with photos and videos of Bertie relaxing or playing with the toys Karon and Molly kindly provide. I know that he definitely enjoys his time at Meow Manor as I struggle to get him back in his carrier when its time to collect him (he prefers to jump up to the top shelf and lay down looking at me like the cheeky boy he is!). I have used this cattery many times now and would recommend it to anyone!”

“Marion looked after our year old cockapoo, Barty. We were a little worried as we’d never left him before, but after taking him to visit Marion prior to going away, we had no doubts that she would be great. During their six days together, Barty clearly had a great time. Marion gave video updates a couple of times a day via WhatsApp giving details of their walks. Marion wasn’t just walking him around the block - she loaded him into her car and took him to all kinds of places. He clearly had a great time. I can wholeheartedly recommend Marion. She clearly loves her doggie clients and they will love her too.”

“We have used the Puppy Pad now a couple of times for our pup for when we are away. After only having him a short while before our first holiday, we were super nervous about him going but Nicole made me feel at ease straight away. I had absolutely nothing to worry about, he loved it and is a true home from home for him. We are kept uptodate of what they are up to and the activities Nicole does with them is brilliant! He is so sad once he gets home as he has had so much fun with Nicole and the rest of the Puppy Pad! I would highly recommend her and will always use the Puppy Pad as my first choice for doggy holiday care! x”

We have two cats, one who can be a little stand-offish, and both of them took to Amanda immediately. I tend to be a bit of a worrier when we're away from the cats, but Amanda's regular text message updates, and some brilliant photos of the boys playing that she sent, really set my mind at ease and meant I could enjoy my trip guilt-free. We will certainly be calling on Amanda again in the near future.”
