Our dog rec'd an insect bite while we were on holiday and we were kept well informed as LW took all the steps to get him swiftly seen by our vet of choice - and all was resolved. We spent five days there with our one-year-old, who had the greatest time in the kids club, the pool, and watching the polo games — such a unique experience for a little one. The accommodation was impeccable, the service genuinely outstanding, and every meal was memorable. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and truly welcoming to families, but Coworth Park delivered on every front. Overall, a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to return.”

“The ladies in this Salon are absolutely amazing. Joanna, Karolina and Kat - you are absolute angels. We started bringing our sweet Cassie here after she had bad experiences with other groomers - she had become afraid of the whole grooming process. Doggies Furever are ALWAYS so patient with her and they never do anything that stresses her out. It's very hard for me to trust anybody with my dog but I trust all of these ladies without any hesitation. Cassie is hard work, she's strong and very stubborn but they always manage to do such an amazing job on her. We went in yesterday and we were emotional because we had received some bad news about our Cassie - not only were they so comforting and supportive, they offered so much advice. Thank you for EVERYTHING xxx”

“My dog Reuben loves going to Vava’s for his groom and teeth clean. The salon is lovely and we are always warmly welcomed. They treat Reuben very gently and professionally. I would happily recommend both the grooming and day care.”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

“This B/B was the most perfect location to stay in absolute comfort and attention for visiting Harry potter studio tours, we took our 8 year old grandson and booked the wizardry room as a surprise and when we arrived Marrick met us at reception and he was so friendly and took us to a double room, my grandson was a little bit bored, then he said wrong one and took him to the Harry potter room Elliots face was just amazing to witness, I can only sum this B/B in a few words Room perfect, management perfect, Continental breakfast perfect, location perfect, value for money perfect. The variety and quality of the food are exceptional, from the fresh fruit and natural juices to the freshly baked pastries and hot dishes prepared with care. “Have become a repeat customer! Super happy with the service at Mutts n Moggies. We were recommended this cattery by our vets (Family Friends Vets) and they were not wrong about how great it is! My cat had his own pen, perfect given he is an indoor cat and used to being alone. The pen was super clean when I came to pick him up and he seemed content to stay there. Will definitely be using this cattery again! To take this beyond the 10/10 service offered, I would be really keen to see a discount for those with Family Friends Vets, or a reward system where the 8th visit or something is free. But honestly, it is a great service as is for cats :)”

“I always board my cat here whenever I travel. They always accommodate my cats' needs and are very friendly. If for some reason my flight was delayed and I had to collect my cat the next day, they are very understanding and reasonable. The owner, Nicola, is kind and approachable. My cats do well here. “We have been using these kennels for our dogs, esta and bugsy, for nearly 7 years . They/our dogs love going there when I pull in once, sometimes twice a year they both go crazy/excited and always remember the place every time. The staff go above and beyond every time, and my dogs love them also. This year, there is a grooming service at the kennels, which is a win for us picking up our clean, fluffy dogs is such a bonus, and the groomer Nat did such an amazing job .”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. “A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local cattery to keep your cat while you are away.”

“I have used hillside kennels several times in the last 2 years... my dogs always seem pleased to see the staff and are in good health & spirits when i pick them up. The kennels is clean and tidy, staff are helpful & friendly and i know my dogs enjoy having a run in the large grass paddock..... Best boarding kennels i have used in this area ....”

“An ideal campsite if you want to visit London without an expensive hotel stay. A short Uber ride into West Drayton where you can get a train or underground straight into the city. If London isn’t your bag then you can walk into Dunham (downhill but uphill on the way back) where the is a selection of eateries and shops. Closer to the site is a small airfield where there is the Biggles restaurant as well as a cafe.”

“I’m very gratefull to the girls that worked so hard to look after my bambino amongst many other cats. Everything was organised well and the pens where tidy and clean at all times. I was kept up to date with how my bambino was which put my mind at ease. I would certainly use this cat boarding lodge again if I ever needed a safe place for my cat xx”

“Amazing Hotel, stayed one night. Great service, from the start to end. Dinner venues very Cousy, with outstanding service. Room very clean and comfortable bed, love the fairy showers, smoothing and soft. Breakfast deal it’s amazing, a little morning buffet where we can find a bit all you can eat. There is a water dispenser outside where we can fill our bottles, great idea. Silence and sleeping night for middle of Bankside location. Also great tourism attraction within one mile from it, Tate, Shakespeare Theatre, Borough market, George Inn the oldest gallery inn the world. And more…”
