“Finally a good Lidl store in the area. The Wembley Park store is way too small for the customers it’s got now, a nightmare to shop in. This one is much bigger with very spacious aisles. The self checkout area is also nice and large. So far it all very clean, be nice if the staff could maintain it like that but I’m not expecting that. In this day and age every retail store is way understaffed to be able to keep stores neat and tidy which is a shame. Still, I didn’t expect this store to be this big so that’s a plus. Never going back to the Wembley Park store again. Happy days. Note, I wouldn’t drive to this store though, very very limited spaces with more than half (I think) taken by electric chargers and disabled bays.”

“I was so pleased to be back at this hotel this week as it continues to meet and exceed my expectations. It is also always great to feel like I am returning home when I am recognised as a relative regular. Bar staff and choice of drinks and food really good. “Wonderful Stay – Comfortable Rooms, Great Food, and Friendly Service I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and extremely comfortable, with excellent soundproofing – perfect for a good night’s rest. The bathroom was spotless and fully equipped with all the amenities one could need. Breakfast was a real highlight, offering a wide selection of freshly prepared dishes made with high-quality local products. Every morning felt like a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Even though the pub was packed, the service remained fast and efficient, and the food was outstanding – carefully prepared, with no signs of being rushed despite the crowd. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and warm hospitality.”

“Great stay at Greenford Premier Inn. Lovely hotel staff - Jurrell at reception very nice. Room was lovely with a window that opened and the area surrounding the hotel has a countryside feel as there are so many trees and a nearby golf course. Really enjoyed my stay here.”

“We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis hotel, very close to public transport and leisure activity centre. Also a large parking to choose from, so no issue coming here by car. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and a good reception area The rooms were cleaned very well by Gogu and Mariana, so thank you to them. Only beware the bathrooms are rather small, but otherwise would recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.”

“Hotel is in great location, easy to access via public transport. Room was spacious and surprisingly quiet even the room faced busy roads. Every member of staff was kind and accomodating from check in. Breakfast had plenty of options, from cooked meals to cereals. Plus point that they serve coctails as well. It was a great stay. “Location is brilliant for training in London and surrounding area. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. It is closing down soon and it shows. As things have gone wrong in the rooms they have not had the money nor desire to fix the so bath Jacuzzis don't work, half the tvs are not working, even the safe in my room doesn't work. But I cannot fault the service and it's such a shame for these lovely staff that they will be made redundant. I wish them all the best for the future and hope they all find somewhere worthy of their service.”

“Wonderful Breakfast Experience at Premier Inn We had an excellent breakfast at Premier Inn, made extra special by Chef Ainsley. He took such thoughtful care of the children, even surprising them with pancakes decorated with a heart in the middle—a beautiful touch that made them feel truly seen. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for everyone. The service throughout was warm, attentive, and family-friendly. Staff were kind, patient, and clearly cared about creating a positive experience. Clean, welcoming atmosphere and a team that goes the extra mile- Highly recommended! “Never been to this Travelodge before but I’ve stayed in many and this one is a good position, close to the end of the M1. It’s a little convoluted to get here, certainly if you’re coming down from the M1 but Google is your friend so just follow her directions and she will guide you in. There is parking…..yes you heard right, there is parking at the rear of the Hotel and I had no problem, even with the big Audi. The parking registration computer was broken so Erica the receptionist explained and gave me a form. Special mention about Erica, she was lovely and explained about breakfast, which I had booked. There was a large party in so advised I get down PDQ after 0800 to get a fuss free sitting. She sorted me a room which was on the opposing side of the hotel to the train line which runs at the back of the car park and I guess could be noisy in the night. I got into 208 on the second floor and it was the same as normal, boring but familiar, which as a business customer, is exactly as you would wish. The room was clean, tidy and well set out. I love that there are USB sockets x4 although maybe 2 could be USBc if I was being picky. Overall the room was great. I didn’t give it 10 out of 10 because there were a couple of things which let it down somewhat. The first was possibly the only thing I would actually complain about and that was the toilet flush which the chrome was breaking off which left jagged and will certainly cut your finger if you were unaware or maybe a child. The rest are just observations which wouldn’t affect your stay but maybe not what you would expect from a company of this stature. The chairs were both damaged, the desk chair because it was not ment to fit under the desk and rubs each time. The shower extractor is very rusty, as is the bottle opener, there is condensation damage to the bathroom mirror and mould on the shower wall holder. Would this stop me coming again? No, not at all as it fits my needs exactly.. I will mention the toilet flush though”

“Been staying at this hotel regularly for the past year. Rooms are generally clean and spacious. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is great as well. Bus stop right outside, and tube station around 10 minutes away. Highly recommended for business travel and for families traveling on holiday.”

“Amazing stay at Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green! Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful — especially Faisal Shaikh, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the location was perfect for everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options, and service was always with a smile. Really appreciated the calm, quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel — made for such a relaxing stay. My only suggestion would be to install proper air conditioning. It was around 35°C during our visit, and the room got quite hot, especially at night. Everything was great, but a proper A/C would’ve made it perfect. Still giving it 5 stars though, because everything else was genuinely brilliant. Would happily stay again!”

“We just stayed there for a few days. The staff were all extremely attentive. Any queries we had were dealt with in a urgent and professional manner. The staff were very approachable and friendly which made the whole stay much more comfortable.”

“Great value, spotlessly clean room, comfy bed and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. One of the team, a man, helped me go get a hairdryer when I bumped into him on the stairs on my way to reaction, going out of his way to help. Right next to tube station. Slight noise from the train tracks opposite but did not disturb my nights sleep. Would stay again.”

“I think the guy who delivers medication may be hard of hearing and I'm sorry but he himself is an elder, we should be more considerate towards others, fair enough he may come across impatient but I don't belive it's intentional”

“I stayed in room 606 on Friday 5th December 2025. I arrived late. The night staff were very nice, polite and informative and the morning staff were equally as gracious. The room was very clean and tidy, a bit chilly but soon warmed up after I turned the heating up. Breakfast was vast and delicious and the cafe was clean and tidy. Parking was free, as long as you key in your reg. If you arrive late remember to key in for 2 days if staying for 1 night. I would recommend the stay.”

“Firstly, massive thank you to the staff at this hotel. Our main point of contact Vartika was extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We made a large booking with upto 20 guests. The staff at the hotel were friendly and super helpful. The rooms were nice, clean and serviced everyday. The location is perfect, the service stop has loads of food options and their is ample parking space.”

“We had one luxury room and one normal room, both had everything you needed, luxury room was lovely though! The hotel is close to bus stops/15 minute walk to Acton main line, and Acton central tube stations which was ideal for getting into the centre. Staff were great too. Would definitely stay again, thanks!”

“Very comfortable room and specially bed. And room is nearby to Wilesden Junction train stations. In the night, just there may be loud noises around the room. Except this, room and staff very simple, accessible and comfortable. Finally, videos is very helpful to us for find a place and check in/out. Thank you!”

“Stayed 5 nights and overall was very impressed. The bed was comfortable and, though the furnishings were a little dated, everything was functional and the room was very clean. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve come across, without having to ‘spend a fortune’, and the curries on the evening menu tasted like ‘real homemade cooking’….I tried 4 of them…enjoyed all of them and can highly recommend the Lamb Curry and the Butter Chicken! Add to that the convenient location (which does bring some noise from a busy road and proximity to South Ruislip station), secure parking, and reasonable pricing, and I would highly recommend it.”

“St George is an ok hotel with great potential. It would benefit from little improvements but it’s surely better than many in Wembley. Think of it at Hilton minus large elegant entrance and grandeur. Everything works fine and the beds are comfortable. Showers. 3* for my palette.”
