“Not much to say really. The shop was empty when I went in, I knew exactly what I wanted, it was in stock, I tried on the footwear, happy with it, bought it and left. I guess I was there for no longer than 5 minutes. Friendly staff, good enough range of footwear on display. I'd go there again.”

“The Trickers shoes and boots speak for themselves. I would like to praise their customer service team . I hate technology , emails and ordering things online. I got in contact with Trickers asking for a new shoe box . I was told to email their customer service team with my request . Every part of the process was easy . I then emailed the customer service team with my request , and confirming what I actually wanted and who to post it to . I get stressed buying things online . So when the shopping experience is easy , executed efficiently and the team actually read my requests ( demands ) You get a very very happy customer. Thank you for everything you have done for me .”

“After several failed attempts to find wedding shoes, I came across Chequers Shoes. They have a great selection, and the sales associate, Claire, was exceedingly patient with me as I tried several different styles and sizes. When I decided on a style, the in-store shoes didn’t fit quite right. Claire proactively ordered in a new pair and kept me posted as to their arrival status. As it happened, the new pair didn’t fit me perfectly either, and the store owner offered to alter the material of the shoes to my size. They really know their stuff and I was very pleased overall with the service!”

“Found on Riverside retail park. Plenty of parking.. Parking is free. This is a Next home, as well as a clothes Next. Upstairs there's a cafe- Costa coffee. There is an escalator upstairs. There's also a lift at the back of the store. . Toilets are upstairs.. It's a relatively big store. In the middle at the back you'll find Virgin travel. A lovely sized shoe section. Furniture is downstairs, beds and bedroom accessories are upstairs.. Clothes are downstairs. Till service was fast and efficient. A pleasure to shop here, I cannot fault this store. Currently you'll find the Christmas jumpers have arrived!! ( October 2023 )”

He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable and worked really hard to help me find the most suitable shoes- definitely will be back - as not a service you could possibly get from an online shop. I was a little stressed as just couldn’t find a shirt that fitted me. A woman named Sarah who was based at the fitting rooms couldn’t help me enough was ever so kind and helpful finding me a shirt to wear that fitted. Left feeling very happy with a shirt that fitted.”

“I visited Northampton River Island in Grosvenor Center on 4th June 2024 and a lady named Mahpara served me. She is an incredible person, so friendly , customer focused and very polite. She helped me to buy correct size of the outfit and even helped me to style it. I am a shopaholic , and have visited many stores in England , but never had met a person who treats clients with so much respect and kindness. Whenever I am in Northampton and visit river island , Mahpara makes my shopping experience hassle free.
