“Offers customisable pastas or pizza toppings (in only 3 sizes - small 8”, reg 12” & large 16”), peri peri, cheesy & standard fries. Potato Wedges & potato skins, breaded peppers & Mozarella sticks. High variety of chicken, garlic breads & garlic mushrooms; even lasagna & salads. Large mixed grills, many types of kebabs & burgers. Peri peri style everything & wraps. Meals deals & the famous ‘Caspian special’. Various deserts & drinks from western to eastern styles. All drinks are kept in the fridge so will be nice and cold with your meal as nothing is worse than a room temperature drink which a lot of stores do do. The prices are extremely reasonable, depending upon what you have & what size. Despite being almost in the city centre, you would be surprised at how affordable the food is. I am a pretty stingy person, even if I have a packet bank balance but I will not pay if I think the prices are extortionate. But this Caspian is definitely reasonable and affordable. The only reason I gave it 4* are for 2 reasons: 1 is sometimes the cheese on my small pizza is slightly overcooked & the parking can be difficult (I’ll explain). But they absolutely do take requests if you ask them to take the pizza out sooner. They don’t whinge or moan and they are more than happy to do so. I have never met takeaway staff that treat you like they’ve known you for many years whether it is the 1st time or 50th time you visited. You cannot fault them on the customer service. I haven’t tasted all of the menu, but what I have, I cannot fault. The staff treat you like friends & the vibe and atmosphere is extremely relaxed and welcoming. They play fun and varied music to make the vibe so, and tailor it to whether it’s a weekday or a weekend. There are many Uber Eats / Deliveroo Drivers that come in every few minutes so it must be extremely popular both for collection and delivery. The phone does not stop ringing nor does the Uber / Deliveroo order machine - it is constantly pinging. The amount of stars on here that they have is not high enough based on my opinion. I will always be brutally honest with my reviews because I feel people need to know the truth but they definitely do deserve more. It can be difficult to park outside as there is only room for 3 to 4 cars directly outside so most people do tend to double park to quickly collect their food. There are more spots a little bit further up which would be a 5 second walk. You can double park if you’re going to be really really quick, but beware of the traffic warden at peak times like daytime/rush hour as there is a bus stop right outside. There will be busy periods like Friday and Saturday night after 8 pm so try and avoid these times but I can confirm I have never ever had to wait or queue inside for any period longer than 10 seconds. I do tend to phone my order in advance so all I have to do is collect but as I am now a regular because I go almost every day, they will spot me arriving and call me over to pay and collect - even if there’s already people at the counter . It will be cheaper to phone your order in then use a collection service like Uber or Deliveroo. This will save a few pounds each time. I’ve never had a problem with beggars or crime outside even if I go late as Caspian is open till 430. I tend to go between 6 pm and 8:30 pm am most days.”

“I ordered 1rst time from pizza point, and forgot to change address ,and submit my order with wrong address, but driver and shop contact me and dliver it to my address which was 8 minutes more far from that address, driver was very polite I offered him extra mony for my mistake but he refused it,and delivered my order ,food was nice my kids enjoyed it ,hope will order next time ,thnx thnx.”

“So the person tending to me his name was : Pavel We came to the hotel , he answered straight away , he greeted us kindly. He gave us our documents promptly , we signed it. He gave us our keys. He constantly asked us if we're okay , reassuring us. We made it to the hotel fine. The rooms are nice. Pavel made sure we had everything we needed for the night. He deserves a raise after such work because usually when I go to a hotel , even nicer ones technically. I just don't get that kind of service and I feel like the hotel , thanks to him , has left a good impact”

“Honestly Amazing, really kind people. They give u scratch cards and what food is on there they will give u for free, how amazing is that. The food is wonderful. The service is also great they will always say bye when u leave. Just great I would really recommend the takeaway to you”

“I order from here regularly, The foods always top notch, the real test however is when something goes wrong,..my food was late arriving and it was cold,...the staff were polite apologetic and rectified the mistake straight away, as long as the food stays good then I will always buy from Aladdin's....the Philly cheese steak is absolutely delicious”

“I have used this place for years, but recently not ordered from here for a few months, mainly due to going to eat in places. Tonight I had a korai and a naga delight. Keema chilli naan and mushroom pilau rice. Wow, I can’t fault any of it. I had half and half so tomorrow night will be good night also. Top marks from me. I won’t be leaving so long to order again either”

“Great food great service. I’ve been ordering from Tuk Tuk for many years now and the guys there are extremely friendly. Their chicken madras is absolutely delicious. Delivery is always on time and food is never cold. Food is much tastier than surrounding takeaways like Champagne.”

“I went to Big John’s and the chicken was excellent. It was well seasoned, crisp on the outside, and juicy inside. The portion was more than enough and tasted fresh. The service was polite and quick, which made ordering easy. The only downside was the cleanliness of the place. The tables and floor could have been better maintained. It didn’t ruin the food, but it stood out. The chicken made the visit worthwhile, but the experience would be stronger if the space matched the quality of the meal.”

Being a florist I’d just got back from a 18 hour shift due to Mother’s Day, I only wanted a small order just to tide me over, the gentleman who answers the phone was understanding and sent my order anyway even though it was a small one! Delivery was prompt as well as the delivery driver being very polite. Always use Pars for pizza, but wanted to express my gratitude from a very tired and no longer Hangry Florist.”

“Love this place. Order every time I can. Meatfeast pizza is mouth watering. Always order my special buy one 16inch pizza get another one free. Usually mozzarella for the kids or pepperoni. “Just wanted to say that I've ordered multiple pizzas from this venue over 2/3 years and every pizza has been delicious. Every time I've used the excellent App to order from, ready on time (usually midweek early-mid evening). The staff have gone the extra mile with me twice. One time to help me sort a parking machine nightmare I was having next door (offered a personal phone for me to use and came outside to assist). The second time was when I was well over an hour late picking up my pizza due to a family crisis and the guy wouldn't let me leave until he had baked a fresh pizza for me FOC! I was so pleased with their approach that I prioritise buying a pizza from the Great Barr branch.”
