“On Friday I came into the store, as I had lost my phone and I was panicking and I was very very anxious. I asked the young staff member on the tills if I could borrow the landline to ring my mom so she could track my phone, he kindly let me use his personal mobile phone. Not once did he lose his patience with me, or rush me. I had his mobile for a good 30 minutes and thanks to him, I was able to track my phone, get in touch with uber support and my phone was dropped back to my home address later that evening. I want to just thank him and say he is an asset to your store. It’s rare to find people like this in today’s society, all the other stores I went into turned me away, and treated me like I was a liar and a thief but he helped me and even though I couldn’t buy any food he still helped me. He is a true credit to your company, and I hope he gets a promotion.”

“Since they have changed the chips to orange they are delicious. Me and my son had a tray each with mayo. I'll definitely be using this chip shop more. Really enjoyed them. 5 stars from me.”

“We were served by Chloe. The selfservice screens were not working so we had to wait. Chloe apologised took our order. Our fires were warm and they were changed for hot ones, mayonnaise and spicy mayo given due to the wait. Chloe demonstrated great customer service skills and we want to thank her for her service”

“Just ordered the meal for two, 2 pizzas, 2 sides and 2 drinks. Came exactly on time! We live out in the sticks and normally it’s a hassle but he came right to the door with a smile! Food was delicious!!!!! First time using this place and will be using it again !! Highly recommended! Thank you Severn pizzas :)”

“I went to Yaqub last night and the food was really good. I had the lamb steak, yummy. I really enjoyed my meal and the server was kind. For sure I will come back, I do love tasty food. Affordable price also for less than £17 I had lamb steak with 2 sides and I took a extra drink. They also add a tasty salade on the plat side.”

“Have used here a few times. We went in to order this time and parked outside easily for free. Guy taking order was very friendly. I only had card but was told cash only. So I placed the order and popped down to cash point. We didn't have to wait long at all for food and it was piping hot. I had the crispy shredded chicken and chicken chow mein ( there was enough for that night and lunch next day ! ) Others had duck pancakes and their feedback was "it was lovely". Someone else had curry and rice, again they said " it was very tasty" the same with other dishes. Prawn crackers were OK ( a little chewy rather than crispy) Overall great service and nice food.”

“Don't care what anyone says Pizza Pan is a 10/10 wonderful place! My housemate recommended this place to me as I seen a leaflet appear. I have ordered a delivery from here to the house a few times before. The food is always nice and hot. Very very decent portion sizes. Pizza is beautiful, cheese burger meal is wonderful, potato wedges taste like no other and are definitely the best I've ever had. Wraps are very filling and tightly wrapped. The shakes are very yummy, as well as the hedgehog with hot custard what a childhood throwback absolutely delicious as well as the sprinkle sponge cake with hot custard. The menu has a lot to offer for it's customers. The man who delivers the food is nice and friendly and I can only assume the other people who work for Pizza Pan are too. What a classic take away shop nearby. Thank You!!”
