“My son and I visited the store yesterday. I called ahead of time and discussed why I would be visiting-my son wanted to build his own scooter. Whoever I spoke with then was really helpful and assured me that a trip from south west wales would be worth it. And absolutely it was-just the experience I had hoped for!! We were greeted and served by Jacob who went above and beyond in every way. He was patient and understanding when my almost 10 year old was making decisions. He was able to answer every question and made the whole experience just amazing! “It's a Wilko, always clean and tidy and the staff are always polite and helpful. Good variety of items and great prices on most things. Don't forget the Pic 'n' Mix offers on school holidays. The retail park it's in can get quite busy but if you pick your times it's a good overall site.”

“Went in to the Redditch branch to look for a car seat. It was very busy at the time we went in and we went to queue to ask if anyone could help. There was a lovely man who was dealing with s another customer who overheard and said he would be able to help us in a moment. He came over and could not have been more helpful! He even tried the seat in our car and took time to show us how it all worked as there were all sorts of different buttons! We purchased the seat so he went and got us a brand new one from out the back and fitted that one in the car for us too! I think his name was Scott and was just covering that store for the day as they were short staffed. His knowledge and customer service skills were 10/10. He didn't rush us every though he was clearly busy. What a great experience!!! He really put our minds at rest that we had chosen a safe seat for our little girl :)”
