“The Keg & Grill serves curry within the setting of a traditional English pub set up. The atmosphere here is always great, whether busy or quiet and I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There offer a limited menu but there doesn't need to be a lot of choice because what they do provide is enough regardless of whether you want a snack or a proper meal you are sure to find something to your liking here. Come here if you want to spend an evening chilling with mates at the pub but want the option of good food without having to leave to source it.”

“Been wanting to try the food here since seeing Matts videos on Facebook. We had to travel from County Durham to Basingstoke today so decided to detour purely for a Sunday Roast. The food is amazing. Nice and fresh and the red cabbage is out of this world! I had a standard gammon roast and my husband had a large trio of meats, which he struggled to finish. The staff are super friendly and nothing is too much. We will definitely be back”

“Great food and good price, allow the guy to sauce up the chips and spice you won't be disappointed great food and nice place to sit in and eat, great spot to go to when in and around the area highly recommend. They do chicken fillet burger which is big or I usually go for the peri burger meal Had a double cheese burger in thispic Gives you the option of fries or chunky chips And they have pizzas as well”

“The food was amazing is the only way to describe it. I ordered a double smokey XL meal which had beef meat with chicken rasher on top. The combination with the melted cheese was really good. Compliments to the staff because that was one of the best burgers I have tasted in a very long time. The fries I must say tasted better then McDonald's fries and that says something, that must have took a long time to master shows the effort the staff have put in to this place. Need to try this place out to see for yourself. I will be coming again and trying something different as they have some good food on the menu.”

“Hands down my favourite pub to visit. The staff are always so welcoming and polite, especially Daniel! He always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re okay, is always happy to have a chat and makes you feel as though you’re part of the family. Honestly, if all pubs had a Daniel, they’d be one of the best! The pub is really clean, warm and inviting. Love the food here, and have never had any problems with anything I’ve ever ordered and it’s all super yummy and finished to a high standard any time. Can’t wait til my next adventure to the Greenhouse!”

“Early diners on a Tuesday evening, so couldn’t really experience the full on atmosphere properly. We did see returning customers greeted with a warm welcome. The professional polite service and wonderful food enabled us to have a lovely time. We had delicious starters & mains with side orders. Really enjoyed our meal & visit. “We recently had to arrange a family funeral and decided to hold the reception here for 20 people after the service. It was a great choice. We had a dedicated seating area reserved for us, the buffet was delicious and plentiful but most importantly, the staff were polite, friendly and very efficient. “You just can't fault Fargos Does exactly what it says "on the tin" Fresh Food! Quality Ingredients and super chef Zak! The staff are always attentive and always looking to make sure you and your family are well looked after. Very rare for a restaurant to tick all the boxes but they have absolutely demonstrated what good food and flavours are all about and always innovating to change up the menu. They just don't stand still. In addition to this it is reasonably priced. In a world where food prices have increased they have done their best to keep prices affordable and competitive. The steak pictured is coming soon and there will be a Porterhouse option coming soon too. Will be back again...and again and again!”

“Latest review is for Christmas day 2023.. see new photos.. Totally awesome food is all I can say. Starters of Lamb and Salmon were delicious. Main Beef cooked so tender and the Veg were unbelievable A 2hour sitting was perfect.Staff polite and attentive as always. Cost was less than other places we had looked at ..Please please same again next year.. Another visit here its a MUST for meat eaters..Gorgeous sharing platter meat cooked perfectly the Mrs tried mixed noodles looked fantastic and tasted superb. Great food couldn't fault it.. Great choice of drinks to. Nice to see a local business busy again after the last couple of years. A defo revist soon even if just for a pint..or 2.”
