“We came to CJ’s after a bad experience with another groomer in Headingley. Chelsea has been nothing but incredible with Dolly, our 4 year old cockapoo. Dolly has some anxiety around going to the groomers but Chelsea has used techniques that our previous groomers did not. She has been so patient with Dolly & you can tell she really loves the dogs she looks after as well as her job. Courtney & Harry are also incredible & I’ve enjoyed knowing and building a relationship & trust with the staff, in comparison to the previous groomers. We’ve been with CJ’s for a year now & we recommend it to others whole heartedly! I wouldn’t take Dolly anywhere else.”

It took us a long time to find anyone we trust with our dogs as one of them is dog reactive but from the very first meet with Casey we could tell she was the right choice. She allows the dogs to get to know her at a pace they are comfortable with and she will always message us to check we are happy if she wants to do something new with them (and we always are because we know she wouldn’t do anything that would put either dog out of their comfort zone). She’s helped us out last minute several times and when she dog sat for us overnight we came home to two happy and carefree dogs. She’s an absolute professional and the best of the best.”
