“I've just visited this post office for driving licence and passport renewal. The staff were very friendly and professional, while dealing with a technical issue and a slightly demanding customer (not me) I was still served with the upmost professionalism. Outstanding service, the best I've seen in a post office for literally decides.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Village Hotel Chester St. David’s! Holly at reception was incredibly kind and understanding — she helped us change the dates of our stay due to illness, which we really appreciated. Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The food deals were fantastic, especially with the app discounts — excellent value for money and great quality. Breakfast was brilliant too — plenty of choice, fresh, and tasty with something for everyone. Overall, a really lovely experience with great service and great people. We’ll definitely be back!”

“11 family members ate there yesterday, in memory of my dad. Service and food outstanding. We all had different meals, xl mixed grill for me. Not a steak eater but was well done perfectly. All meals served at the same time. We keft nothing. Fair price forvit all with Blue Light Discount. Excellent and highly recomnended. We will visit again. Update: Another family meal yesterday 16 of us. Once again service was really quick and the food was excellent. Nothing wasted. Put all tables together to accommodate us all. “We come here regularly, mostly for breakfast on a weekend, but we do also go for main meals as well. Breakfasts are like a buffet, but you order what/amount of items you want, rather than helping yourself, so food is also fresh & hot. Guys are lovely & we've got to know them all now, so always greeted by a friendly face. Can get busy on a weekend at breakfast time, especially after 8.30, so recommend booking a table. Meals off thr normal menus are really nice, as are the Sunday roast & prices are reasonable.”

“Hi, I came in yesterday to the Birkenhead store on Grange Road, to get one of them birthday cakes which you put your own photograph on. To say I struggled to do it was an understatement. I asked a young lad in the bakery if he could help me at all. He didn't hesitate to come and show me how it was done. I would have been lost without him. He was kind, patient, and nothing was too much trouble. I asked him his name, and he said it was Kieran. I'd just like to thank him so much for his help and to say he is an asset to your store x. “This pub has improved massively since last time I went and that was when it first opened The service was fantastic from a young blonde girl (I didn’t get her name) confident , polite and has great customer service skills The pizza was amazing too only down side it had a little too much seasoning on it but still edible One fault but it’s Holts fault not the pubs but the Diamond and Crystal lager is absolutely terrible and needs actual draught beers”

Emma served us and as always was very attentive and chatty. Atmosphere always friendly and upbeat . This is why we always come back.”

Our food was satisfactory.Toilets are on the ground floor which can be easy to locate sometimes in wetherspoons they can be quite far away or up a flight of stairs.”

“This Starbucks was suggested as a meeting point for a work rendevouz. Parking was easy, food and drink was standard Starbucks fare, but the staff were all really friendly and helpful. It's probably a good job this branch isn't closer or I'd be back a lot more. Big thank you to Stefano for helping me sort out the app and not missing out on points!”

“Fabulous little gem of a place. Love the fact that you are so inclusive for families and children and there is lots to keep the kids occupied. Other venues could learn a lot from you. The food was fabulous, can't fault it, only that maybe could be a bit quicker but I totally understand it was very busy when I attended. “Went to The Mount for a meal and a catch up with friends, such a lovely pub. The service, food and staff was amazing. The staff made us feel welcome, was really helpful and friendly. “This place is crazy on price. Had my camra vouchers so 50p off each pint, that was 1.99 each. So £1.49 it's like ginger back to 1995 happy hour. Not sure how they make profit. Ales was great to be fair”
