“Had our first pizza from here tonight and it was absolutely sensational! I am a pizza snob and I would as far as to say that it was the best Pizza I have had in a long time. We had the meat feast the toppings were fully loaded, with layer, upon later, upon layer of meat and then topped with a generous helping of cheese! The driver was lovely too! Thank you so much we will defiantly be returning!”

The staff are warm, welcoming, and treat you with genuine kindness from the moment you walk in. Service is top-notch, and you really feel at home here. “Its a fantastic store the best in Ellesmere Port town centre ( but in fairness the bar is pretty low) great location, only downside is you pay for parking before 1800, but that's down to council.”

I collared her, whilst she was busy, to ask if Asda had stopped doing a particular type of yoghurt, she looked at why none on the shelf, sorted the issue and by the time I went back in 3 days later they were back in stock!!!! “Just ordered 2 mixed meat kebabs. An hour half late delivery. Food was freezing. When I rang about late delivery man on phone said it just left shop 20mins later still not delivered. When Finnaly arrived we didn't get the size portion we ordered. They disguised the size by putting raw chips bottom of the tray to make it feel heavier and look bigger. Even our dog turned his nose upto it. When we rang up to complain we got no answer. This place is absolutely disgusting and as really gone down. Used to order from here every week never again will I recommend this place.”

“Brilliant staff, usually run off their feet and trying to do at least 10 things at once. The only real issue here is seating. There's plenty for customers, unfortunately there are large number of visitors who view the seating as 'hospital seating', and not only for customers. Hence, expect to find many of the seats occupied by individuals too selfish to even bother buying a cheap item (admittedly not many items are cheap) while they sit and read the paper etc. It really does need 'customer only seating' signs around the area!”

“Had a great experience at Ashton Fish Bar! The fish and chips were absolutely delicious – the batter was light and crispy, and the fish was fresh and flaky inside. Chips were golden and perfectly cooked too. I was genuinely impressed by the quality and freshness of the food. We noticed some of the lower reviews mentioning cold food or issues with delivery, but that definitely wasn’t our experience. We ordered in person and everything was piping hot and clearly just cooked. Sometimes delivery can vary, but for us the food was top-notch. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming – even gave us a sausage for our dog who was waiting in the car with us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Small things like that make a big difference and show they really care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by in person if you want a proper, fresh fish and chips meal. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Lovely food but a little pricey”

“Have been in hospitality since the age of 18. Never done anything else, with the hope of one day having my own pub. Which I have had for over a year now with admiral Taverns. It hasn't all been smooth sailing but dealing with admirals has been good. But the praise has to go towards the area manager I have Greg Bedfordshire. He listens. And anything that is within his power to help with he will!! Honestly the guy has gone above and beyond with the levels of support provided. And you really do get a sense that he has your back. A year and a half in to our tenancy. And loving it. And appreciate the backing we have from the pub co. Jane and Claire at credit control as well, willing to help. Tough at times when they have to be but 100% fair!!”

“Usually come here for a snack in work on my break but couldn't resist the urge even on my day off last night so ordered a delivery for me & a friend. Sweet n sour pizza, absolutely spot on! And the chicken strips & chicken wings absolutely gorgeous as always! Will be grabbing more tomorrow at work as usual!”

“Visited 4th Match as Morrisons had an offer of 2 x breakfasts with 2 x hot drinks for £10.00. We ordered 2 x Veggie breakfasts with 2 x pots of tea. The food was hot and very tasty. The tea was OK. However, they only have UHT milk, which I am not a great fan of. The cafe was very clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful as we had not eaten in a morrisons cafe before. We will keep an eye out for any future offers.”

“Favourite bar in Manchester!! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, some great nights on in the basement at the weekends and a brilliant open mic night every Wednesday!! Would recommend a stop off in here for a beer if your looking for somewhere to hit up!!”
