“I visited Boots the Chemist at Bryn, Ashton-in-Makerfield yesterday afternoon. I wanted to return some items for a refund which I had purchased on line. I spoke with a lovely member of staff called Paris. Staff were having difficulty refunding some Advantage points back to my card, when Paris took control of the situation and contacted Customer Services for me. She obtained updated information from Customer Services about my points, addressed the points refund discrepancy, and provided me with a till print-out of my points balance. Paris was efficient, patient and kind, and her Customer Service skills were brilliant. Well done Paris! Your friendly assistance was very much appreciated. Thank you, you are a STAR!”

“I went to asda huyton to the pharmacy I suffer with backpain so I don't walk around shops anymore unfortunately. I grabbed some bits from the chemist aisle and went to self checkout. A young fella came to me and asked if I was OK as I was in pain he offered me a chair if I needed to sit he was so nice and helpful. I asked his name when I had finished his name is Warren. “I just wanted to share my experience with this pharmacy especially the male head pharmacist who works there. I had been having problems with my GP not listening to concerns about my 3 year old daughters health and I went into this pharmacy very distressed practically begging for help and the pharmacist (I didn’t catch his name) was extremely helpful, listened to all the symptoms my daughter had been experiencing for weeks on end and gave me a step by step on what to do next and how to seek the help my daughter clearly needed. I left the pharmacy feeling very reassured and listened to and followed his advice. Luckily my daughter is fine and has a diagnoses of possible celiac disease which is easily managable. I went back to the pharmacy today to update him on how my daughter is doing and to personally thank him for his care and most importantly the care he showed towards my daughter. Nothing but admiration for him. Great great place.”
