βReally good service and easy to deal with. So far the food is suiting my dog very well.β
βOne happy little puppy....one happy puppy owner!β
βWe contacted MiNight Vets after our 10 week old puppy was struggling to breathe. They asked us to bring him in where we were rapidly seen by Faye and Louise who were absolutely lovely. He was really poorly but the team looked after him so well and kept us updated throughout the evening and night. After some fast treatment, scans and nurse cuddles, little Brian is now back home and well with his big sister! Thank you :)β

βWe had a wonderful stay at the Village Hotel Chester St. Davidβs! Holly at reception was incredibly kind and understanding β she helped us change the dates of our stay due to illness, which we really appreciated. Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The food deals were fantastic, especially with the app discounts β excellent value for money and great quality. Breakfast was brilliant too β plenty of choice, fresh, and tasty with something for everyone. Overall, a really lovely experience with great service and great people. Weβll definitely be back!β
βLarge clean room, staff friendly and professional. Lots of parking, Greggs and Starbucks next door. Good value for money.β
βGreat hotel on the outskirts of Chester. Approx 15 min drive to the zoo, Cheshire oaks and Chester city centre. Was slightly worried after booking as read some reviews that didn't rate this hotel but we found it great. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Bar area nice, breakfast and bar food we had very tasty. Room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the room door not working properly but the handy man arrived promptly and sorted very quickly. Pool and gym facilities looked lovely but didn't use on this occasion. Would stay again.β
βWe stayed here a few weeks ago and it was a really pleasant stay. Rooms were good and staff were helpful when I asked for more milk. Our room was across from the amphitheatre and it was close to other bars. It's about a 15 minute walk from Chester train station.β
βAfternoon tea was amazing last week, we booked a table for 12 people and were amazed how good it looked when we all arrived. Table was dressed up It had lots of xmas ribbons and lace thanks to staff member Amy. Food was just brilliant lots of fresh sandwiches, cakes and some lovely warm scones. Fresh coffee and tea offered a few times so we all had lots of fresh drinks. It made our xmas so special. Many thanks to all the staff.β
βThis is Charlieβ our Beagleβs 3rd stay at Warren Wood Kennels and Cattery, He was so looked after by Emily and the team, and was so chilled when we picked him up and so happy, there were regular updates of pictures on Facebook, which are lovely to look at, as you know they are being well looked after and gives you piece of mind. I would recommend Warren Wood to anyone who is looking for Kennels & Cattery. We have got Charlie booked back in with them in September.β

βOur puppy LOVES going to Ty gwyn Pets day care. The girls are all so lovely and caring, I know I'm leaving Rupert in good hands. He gets to play all day with the other dogs and comes home every day absolutely knackered. They provide pictures of every day he's there which I always look forward to. I would definitely recommend Ty Gwyn Pets to anyone.β
βBark n Ride have been walking our dogs for over eight years now - Paul and Mike are both brilliant and we canβt recommend them highly enough! Our dogs have boarded too and itβs always such a relief to know that they will be well cared for and looked after when we are away. Donβt know what we would do without them!β
βAbsolutely amazing. We were on holiday nearby to the surgery and our dog hurt her paw. Dan was able to see us straight away and helped our poor doggy. He was amazing. And now our dog has everything she needs to heal. Thank you so much Sands veterinary practiceβ
βI can't believe I haven't written a review for SATH yet. I would give them a thousand stars if I could. Erin in the internal medicine team saved my dog's life after her being wrongly treated at Pets at Home. We see Erin every six months and she spends the time to understand Bella's (often complex) needs and never rushes us. She and all the staff are so friendly, responsive, professional and caring. They genuinely care about animals there. Animal welfare and teaching are their priorities, not ripping off owners or pushing particular brands. I really appreciate Erin's teaching style which isn't at all condescending to her students. And I really admire Erin and her team's pragmatic and personalised approach to individual animals. They aren't strictly tied to black and white numbers on a piece of paper and consider the pet's clinical symptoms as well. Not all animals will fit in a threshold that was conjured up by a human decades ago. I really admire professionals who know how to use discretion and initiative. We are so thankful to Erin and SATH that we are writing them into our wills. Every extra second I get with my dog is precious but I have to balance this with her wellbeing. Erin has given my dog additional years of good quality life and I am so thankful to her. I am so grateful to have a teaching hospital in the NW. If you can get your pet to Liverpool then don't hesitate.β
βLike a completely different dog! They really looked after him so well and they did it in less than an hour! This will be his regular groomers now, I am very happy with how he looks and his demeanour when he came out. Thank you!β
βHave used this vet for over 13 years. Wouldnβt go anywhere else. Yes you may queue but you would at A&E and at least that means that the vet is giving your pet a thorough check over. All staff are so friendly and helpful.β
βMy sweet greyhound experienced some loss of weight due to fretting for a few days at the start of his stay. Not carrying much weight to begin with, he lost weight rapidly and staff at Early Paws were concerned. Without going into the details, Early Paws staff cared for him, keeping him warm with a coat and putting the heater on in his kennel and tempted him to eat with tripe and extra feeds and managed to get his weight back. They liaised with me and my boy was fine and his usual self when I picked him up. BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF.β
βWe were new customers today, my frenchie absolutely hates having his nails done, & I have been anxious where to take him, so I tried here & im so pleased, Bryn was so quick at doing them & he took them right down as far as he could for me, I highly recommend, I will be a regular customer.β
βOur family, including our toddler and 4-month-old baby, had a delightful stay at the stable, which proved to be an ideal retreat for us. Rachel thoughtfully provided a cot and high chair, ensuring our comfort throughout the visit. The welcoming addition of milk, juice, chocolate milk, and fresh eggs was much appreciated, adding a warm and special touch to our stay.β
βI would highly recommend this vetβs practice to everyone. They are welcoming, sympathetic and each vet takes time to make your pet feel comfortable, making every visit as stress free as possible.β
βHave used Barnhouse for nearly twenty years. Staff are always helpful and kind. Absolutely no worries that our dogs will not be looked after properly, with plenty of time given during consultations.β
βStayed here for one night, agree with the other reviews, Dave was really friendly and helpful when we checked in, the room was at the top of a Georgian house, very quiet, very clean and with a very comortable bed. En-suite shower room was clean and there were complimentary toiletries. If you are fine managing stairs I would highly recommend room 5! Lots of options for breakfast in the cafes and pubs locally. Hope to stay again next time we are in Chester.β

βI have been taking my 2 Yorkshire Terriers to Abbi at Trim Dog for a few months now and I can honestly say she does a fantastic job. The dogs look great and they love going to see her. Fantastic value for money. If you live in Chester or surrounding areas she is definitely worth try. You will not regret it. Cannot praise her enough, an unbelievable talent.β
βMy horse went liverpool few weeks ago for rig surgery and they were fantastic they looked after him wonderfully and I was lucky enough not to have really big bill at the end what was good and had spoke about 6month plan with me just case was any problems. But I would say my pepper fully enjoyed his stay at Liverpool and I am so thankfull for all there help while he's been there 100% recommendβ
βI had started on my way home from Wrexham to Anglesey when I remembered I needed some sheep feed. I Googled and found details of this hidden gem What a fantastic place! Great selection of products for smallholders, horse and pet owners, and they also had an array of craft items for sale behind the counter. 25kg baga here seemed to be around the same price as 20kg bags in my local Wynnstay. The H J Lea Oakes brand of feed sold here is excellent quality too.β
