“This B/B was the most perfect location to stay in absolute comfort and attention for visiting Harry potter studio tours, we took our 8 year old grandson and booked the wizardry room as a surprise and when we arrived Marrick met us at reception and he was so friendly and took us to a double room, my grandson was a little bit bored, then he said wrong one and took him to the Harry potter room Elliots face was just amazing to witness, I can only sum this B/B in a few words Room perfect, management perfect, Continental breakfast perfect, location perfect, value for money perfect. Thank you so much for making Elliots visit PERFECT. by the way the tour was perfect as w ell Mike O'Neill”

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local cattery to keep your cat while you are away.”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. “Lovely traditional pub with rooms upstairs. Bed comfy, and relatively quiet given the location. Very handy for Thorpe park. Friendly staff at the bar and great ale selection. Will definitely stay again when back in the area”

“My dog Bubbles has been attending Bruce’s for nearly ten years. She loves her fun days there and is always so pleased to see her driver Chris when he arrives in the morning to pick her up. Would highly recommend this great doggy day care.”

“I have used hillside kennels several times in the last 2 years... my dogs always seem pleased to see the staff and are in good health & spirits when i pick them up. The kennels is clean and tidy, staff are helpful & friendly and i know my dogs enjoy having a run in the large grass paddock..... Best boarding kennels i have used in this area ....”

“An ideal campsite if you want to visit London without an expensive hotel stay. A short Uber ride into West Drayton where you can get a train or underground straight into the city. If London isn’t your bag then you can walk into Dunham (downhill but uphill on the way back) where the is a selection of eateries and shops. Closer to the site is a small airfield where there is the Biggles restaurant as well as a cafe.”

“I’m very gratefull to the girls that worked so hard to look after my bambino amongst many other cats. Everything was organised well and the pens where tidy and clean at all times. I was kept up to date with how my bambino was which put my mind at ease. I would certainly use this cat boarding lodge again if I ever needed a safe place for my cat xx”

“The food was outstanding! Highly recommend the pizza, they are stone baked and covered in fresh produce. Staff were friendly and the beer was cold. Only negative is the parking, there isn't any. But that's the whole town to be honest.”

“Hidden gem If your anything like me, I tend to type into google ‘hidden gems’ then the area when looking for places to eat. Well this is a hidden gem, probably known to the Bayford community and now me. I drive past the bakers arms twice a day. Each time I do, something else catches my eye and I think to myself, I have to come here. So, today I was driving home from work and thought let me see what the name is. As I carried on home I thought to myself i’m coming back here tonight. Its now or never. I got home, got changed and grabbed my partner and left for the Bakers Arms. I had not googled this place or looked it up online, i just knew the name and location. All I can say is wow! As soon as we walked i we where greed so kindly by Martin and walked around to the dining room. The dining room was cosy, very well presented and clean. We both had the lasagne and it was amazing. The flavours burst in your mouth and where lasting, even the chips we ordered on the side where perfectly crisp. Both my partner and I rate our food out of 10 at home and in restaurants I can say i have never got past a 7.5. Today was the the first time I have ever heard him say a meal is a 10 and then change it to an 11. From hospitality, location and food, the Bakers Arms is a must visit. It should be in the class of a hidden gem. Im glad i followed my instincts today and got experience their venue. Thank you to both Martin and Bev for being a great host and providing impeccable food. My Partner is still talking about the lasagne now so thank you for making a lasting impression on him. We look forward to visiting again very soon. All the best Georgina and Charlie”

“Second time staying here in 2025. It’s a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and modern with the required facilities. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of different options. The location is super convenient for most tourist attractions. The Waterloo station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.”

“Our two cats were very well cared for at Treetops. The staff are friendly and efficient, and seem to care about the cats they're looking after. On dropping ours off I saw where they were going to be for the week and I was impressed that it was spotlessly clean. A great local cattery.”

“We have visited here many times, simply because of the location, the food, the pub itself and the great service. Almost every time we visit, we are served by the lovely Angela. She always remembers us and greets us with a friendly smile. She has a wonderful sense of humour and always makes our visit a pleasure along with her lovely customer service. “We chose to stay here for a weekend in the ready tents. The glamping tents were well equipped with fridge, hob, kettle, toaster etc. It also had bunk beds and a double bed perfect for family of 4 or 5. The sleeping areas were great with blackout sides for a good night's sleep. The site had very clean washing facilities and staff were friendly and welcoming. We will easily be coming back again for another weekend!”

“Amazing experience for our friend’s birthday lunch. The food was delicious with lots of vegan options and the staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. Fallon in particular was a wonderful host and made sure we were really well looked after. Would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for a genuinely warm and special environment ❤️”

“Small but cosy rooms with high-quality sheets and towels. The staff are pleasant, and the breakfast is very good. The cookies at reception are excellent. Do note that laundry charges incur an additional 20% VAT on top of the listed prices. Also, if it’s raining, be prepared to navigate a few puddles on the short walk to Ealing Broadway.”

“Usual Ibis standard. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast great! 10 min. walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station and then one tube stop from O2 arena and at least a third the price of hotels on peninsula - What's not to like?”

“Very quiet property, safe and secure and amazing location. My husband and l have been staying for over a month and are really pleased we chose to stay here. Very close to the train station, Sainsbury’s, and the Shopping Centre is just round the corner too. Lots of lovely cafes and shops nearby , as well as great value for money , extremely helpful staff; Katie is such a great host and Jamie is always happy to help! “Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Today, when I picked him up, I was greeted warmly and the check-out process was just as easy as check-in. To my delight, Otti was back in my arms within minutes! It was clear to me that he’d been well cared for and treated amazingly during his stay. I’m so grateful to have found a boarding place that prioritises quality and truly cares for the dogs entrusted to them. I’m already looking forward to booking again for next year! “Just back from an 4 day break which turned into a 8 day break. Mark was really helpful when we were trying to set up and along with a few fellow campers and staff they managed to get us pitched correctly in no time - nothing seems to much bother for them. I asked to stay on extra nights and Billy at reception went out of his way to sort my extra nights and I didn't have to move pitch. Visited this site many times over the last 7 years, started in a tent and progressed to a hard top folding camper and now our beloved Hobby caravan. The site really is immaculate, they focus on every detail. Pitches are quite large, shower blocks are fantastic, possibly the best we've used, always clean. Staff are very friendly, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect, nothing too much trouble. I was there on my own for most of my visit, the owners kept their eye out on me, i felt relaxed and safe in the secure environment. They are constantly improving the site as we have witnessed over the years. The long termers are friendly and welcoming to tourers. Perfectly located with shops and pubs, beautiful surrounding areas.
