I recently purchased a product from this branch only to realise today that I had purchased the wrong product. On contacting the branch and explaining my circumstances, I fully expected to be greeted by a sympathetic response and a ‘sorry, there’s little we can do’. To my surprise I was warmly received and offered a full exchange of the product. This store has gone above and beyond my expectations and I would like to offer my sincere gratitude to both Sue and Gemma for their support and swift reconciliation to my issue. They are a credit to the company and have always greeted myself and my wife with warm smiles and attentiveness.
