“I have been a Tesco's Chineham pharmacy customer for many years and have never had any problems at all, reading these reviews it's like most of you are talking about a completely different shop. I have always found the staff polite, kind, knowledgeable and always friendly and courteous. I have my monthly repeat prescription collected and issued through them every month and my repeat has 13 items on it, all my drugs are always there when I need to collect them never any issues. The staff there are brilliant helping me and assisting me over the years. They know me by name and I know most of them. This pharmacy has many services available such as: Blood Pressure Flue Jabs Pharmacy 1st General Health Advice And a Consultation Room. I advise you all to give this place another go as they have always been brilliant to me and my family. I would happily give them a 5 out of 5 all day long every day.”

“My doctor prescribed some meds at 2pm, today. I called the pharmacy at 3pm, to confirm they were in and ready. I parked up for free (FYI - 30 minutes max) behind the Co-op and waited in line for five minutes before being served by two helpful and friendly staff. The service could not have been better. With the short amount of time I spent waiting for my prescription, I witnessed several challenging (to put it mildly) customers entering the store and interacting with the staff very rudely, but the staff all stayed calm and respectful. This pharmacy has hugely improved since these ladies have worked here so please don’t go to any other pharmacy. These ladies are approachable & always put the customer first. They have a great sense of humour as they always laugh at my jokes! People don’t understand that they have high work load & somedays they may be short of staff so you need to be patient. Especially to Rakesh as he went above and beyond to sort my prescription for me, that my doctors had totally messed up. After a full on uncontrollable emotional meltdown by me, Rakesh took the time to calm me down & talked through the best way to correct my surgery's HUGE error. He put me at ease & ensured me he would hold the medication they had in stock for me (not everywhere stocks my medication). After an urgent return visit to my doctors, who were not helpful on the phone, I returned to BOOTS to have my prescription ready for me within 10 minutes. “when I used the patch the first week it was like a miracle had happened no back pain at all as I have spondylitis and disc problems which are very painful the second week the pain started returning but has settled down again I put a patch on every 24 hours and I do have some relief thank you so much Maureen”
