“Had wanted to visit this restaurant for so long and finally managed it. It didn't disappoint. From the amazingly unique interior, the efficient and welcoming staff, the superb menu and good food it earned its great reputation. It may have taken years to get to Rossi's but it won't be long at all before I'm back. Thanks for a lovely dining experience.”

“Lovely pub with grub, down a small road. Recommended from a pub guide book. Nice selection of beers and a good menu. Quiet when we called in on a midweek afternoon, but very popular. Plenty of seating inside and a large marquee outside. Large car park to the side and rear. Nice chat with the friendly staff.”

“TLDR; Consistently great food over the last decade! Visited for fathers day; it was much busier than we anticipated. We had booked a table and were seated right away. Our drinks arrived promptly, along with our food soon after. The food was excellent across the board (as it usually is). The enchiladas are big hit for me! Thanks for staying awesome!”

“Made my first visit to this pub in February 2024 after hearing so much about it for many years. One of the main recommendations was based on the choice of beers but, being coeliac, I wasn't sure if it would be suitable. However, I was very pleased when I was offered a list of gluten free beers to choose from - albeit in bottles and not on draught (but maybe one day?). As they had a number of Wold Top beers, I decided to try the Marmalade Porter, which was nice and refreshing even on a damp and overcast day. Didn't have any food while we were there but having heard about the gluten free options since, I would like to try it on another visit. It's a lovely old-fashioned pub with friendly staff and a place that was worthy of its recommendation so I would like to pass on the recommendation.”

“Second time we’ve been since the new owners and it’s been fabulous on both occasions. Such a variety on the menu so there is something for everyone and the kids menu is great too. Food is amazing and the portions are huge so you’ll never leave on an empty stomach. The staff are friendly and attentive and really care about their customers. We enjoyed our time here, thank you! “Have been told its one of the best pubs in Chesterfield so we decided to give it a try. Well worth the trip. They offer a special lunch menu during the week, either 2 main meals for £23 or Any burger get a second for and additional £4.95. We tried the burgers. From bacon, crispy onion rings , to chorizo, black pudding ,pullled pork and even spar ribs off the bone their selection is amazing. They were cooked to perfection. My stilton cheese burger had 2 patties Char grilled, with stilton cheese premelted dripping down the patties. With onion marmalade and all the trimmings on a brioche bun. Seriously the best burger for miles. The other dishes we saw coming out looked as inviting but for me I ll be back to try some of the other burger crearions. Too good to miss out on.ps. we did go back and had the K pop chicken burger, it was divine! Photo below.”

“Thursday 2nd October 2025 This pub not only served 4 impressive hand pumped ales today i had the 5% Abbeydale pilgrim pumpkin ale which was a grand textured and flavoured ale. The staff were friendly and knew there job. The pub is an old pub with the a great bar and small cosy drinking rooms This pub has a propper Irish theme to it and the back ground music was the icing on the cake As such this pub had a good following in today to drink great hand pulled ales and listen to a good Irish themed background music Well done all involved”

“Absolutely fantastic pub, the food is amazing. They have a separate bar and restaurant area and the food is all freshly prepared, local, and absolutely delicious. The portion sizes are also brilliant so you'll definitely not leave hungry!”

“The service is always great here. The staff are always friendly and professional. I also really like that every Capo Lounge has the same vibe through the UK. The ones I have been to in Mansfield, Birmingham and Stratford upon Avon are anyway. I can honestly say we have never had a problem with the service here. We eat and fine dine most weekends, but we still just love going for a good old English Fry Up! The cocktails are lush and YES, I drank one before 12pm ;)”

“Broke our journey here coming and going. Restful, close to the A1but just off the beaten track enough to feel like a holiday. Nice rooms, plenty of space and ground floor access. Amazing local and the steaks are excellent.”

“I came across this bar on Saturday and absolutely loved it, loved the upcycled theme throughout and the vibe inside was really good. Really loved the beer kegs turned into stools! The bar staff were friendly and helpful and quick service. The drinks were quiet expensive compared to other bars but they tasted so good I didn't mind paying that bit extra. Will be going again and recommending it to all my friends.”

“We had a very nice meal. The food was hot and delicious, I had hunters chicken and my husband had Sweet potato and chickpea curry, it was served with fresh vegetables. we were very pleased.”

“Delicious food and always great beer here. The staff are lovely and the buildings are beautifully kept both inside and out. Outside, there's a nice beer garden and a covered wooden decked area which is lovely on a summer's evening with the "Crooked Spire" of Chesterfield visible in the distance. The log burner makes the inside toasty in the colder months and the low ceilings, oak beams and pretty lighting create a lovely atmosphere. The Blue Bell Inn is definitely worth a visit.”

“Found this lovely country pub just outside Matlock, on Google maps and wasn't disappointed. A quick lunch and a pint of beer. Lunch menu simple, delicious seafood platter with a side order of chips. Fantastic welcome, explained the lunch menu and placed an order. Perfect afternoon lunch.”

“Interesting place. Saw reviews and excited to visit from Saddleworth. 25 min drive only. Buzzing on arrival. Not clear how to get in restaurant after making reservation. (No meet & greet at the door as mainly bar downstairs. Great atmosphere. Eventually found restaurant check in and went upstairs. Two large parties and a delay in being approached to order drinks worried us but once the waitress arrived it was plain sailing. Waiter, waitress and manager all friendly and couldn't do enough. Will be back to try Kebabs and Burgers. Wine very good for price. Overall great value. Granddaughter enjoyed the adult pepperoni pizza.”

“We went to wasabi sabi for my son's 12th birthday. We had the teppanyaki lunch menu which was £20 per head. We had a great time and they went out of their way to make it special for my son. The food is amazing and for a 3 course meal I think it's well worth it. The service was great.”

“I don't know why this place isn't constantly packed out. I visited with my mum and two friends. We had an incredible experience and amazing food. The staff were wonderfully friendly and very happy to explain about the Lebanese food, which we were a little unfamiliar with. They gave great advice and we all ended up with excellent food. The food itself was amazing and really high quality, well-spiced without being spicy. For me, the highlight of the meal was trying knafeh for the first time, which was by far one of the best desserts I've ever had. I think I'll be returning soon.”
