“Thank you Katrina (hope that’s how you spell it). My daughter’s kitten is registered with this veterinary surgery (Lawley) they are superb. Called them in a state of distress. My 20 year old cat, who has not been to the vets for years and needed to take her last journey. Not quite knowing where to turn I called and the amount of compassion and care I got, I will be forever grateful. What seemed like impossible was made possible. My beautiful cat was put to sleep, calm and relaxed. Big thanks to the Oakengates surgery for this. I highly recommend both branches.”

“Frequently collect my prescriptions from there all the time, the new team manager and pharmacist seem great and they are really approachable. The rest of the team are professional as well. Always noticeably clean and tidy. They take time to help patients and have recently offered lots of new things like ear cleaning and health checks, good communication when prescriptions ready”

“I’ve been taking my dog, Mr. T, to Leafields Retreat since he was a puppy in 2022, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care and service he receives every time. I’m really (possibly overly) protective of my dog and couldn’t trust this daycare more, he wouldn’t be going anywhere else. The staff at Leafields are amazing with him, welcoming, and you can tell care for each and every dog. It gives me such peace of mind knowing that he’s not just being watched, but is genuinely being looked after and loved during his time there. The facilities are amazing including Barkbados which Mr T loves (image included). I trust them completely with Mr. T and feel safe having him board with them whilst we go away. He’s always excited to go and drags me to the door. The facility itself is clean, safe, and full of space for him to play and socialise, which is a huge plus. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Leafields enough. Thanks to Leafields, Mr. T has had nothing but positive experiences and we could never take him anywhere else.”

“Morgan is absolutely fantastic and we’re so grateful to have found her. We’ve just returned from 10 days away and it’s the first time we’ve left our 3 year old Cocker and I can’t thank Morgan enough. She dog and house sat for us, sent us regular updates and treated Buddy like he was her own. She is so friendly and kind and Buddy had built a lovely relationship with Morgan prior to the dog sitting by going on weekly walk, which he loves so much ”

“Short version: Fantastic B&B to which we'd happily return. Our hosts were exceptionally welcoming and personable and were very happy to help us out wherever they could; in my case, using the warm, dry, shed to replace a tubless bicycle tyre which had given up on the idea of retaining air inside it. The room was great and everything felt 'just so'. It's unashamedly at the more premium feeling end of the market and worth every penny of our stay there. Special mention must be made of the breakfasts which were spectacular. The continental breakfast was vast and included fruit juice, cereal, croissants, fresh fruit and toast. There is also the (additional charge) option of a Full English which is fabulous, although it may mean you don't eat very much until rather later in the day...there isn't a huge amount of plate showing between the food. Bonus points must also be awarded to the choice of putting peppercorns on the mushrooms. Pro tip 1: if you're after a cooked breakfast (and I'd urge you to at least try it once), it's a good idea to let someone know the night before so they can be prepared. Pro tip 2: Steve and Andy's local knowledge is excellent, both in terms of the eateries, but also the small roads to avoid so I'd recommend taking advantage. I did a Google check on one of them and it'd be ... interesting ... to take a car down there, especially as you're highly likely to meet a tractor coming the other way.”

“Sharon always looks after our pigs really well. They get pampered. There are outdoor runs for when the weather is good, and decent sized indoor hutches for when the weather is poor. The rabbit runs/enclosures look massive. Here is the only place we have found that we really trust to care for our pets.”

She has been an absolute inspiration helping us to understand Fred’s needs and engaging him in a way that will eventually help him to be groomed stress free. “I’ve know holly for 10 years plus, she is the definition of hard work and dedication all for the love of dogs! I couldn’t recommend a better dog groomer, Our spaniel Penny looks sad to leave when we take her away! The quality of cut and finish she does on Penny is the best you will find leaving her looking very pretty and smelling of one of Hollys beautiful fragrances!! Penny loves going to see holly as much as we do. Do not hesitate on going to Shampooches by holly if you want the best for your beloved dog!”
