We had to put our dog to sleep, we had an appointment later in the afternoon but he took a dramatic turn for the worse so we phoned and asked if we could come earlier and they didn't hesitate in trying to help. “Im really grateful that I found them. My dog is reactive with attitude and very moody…. She is also rescue so I always was afraid to take her to the vet. Here she is carrying very well, Patrycja (vet) and all the nurses are very understanding and helpful. My dog had a surgery and I was informed all the way how the situation look like and how my dog is. Another time she had breathing problem durning the night so I called them in the morning and my dog was seen one hour later and had another surgery. And again, I had received few phone calls with update. All staff are very helpful when I question them about some concerns or queries. Highly recommended.”

“Needed hotel as visiting family near by, this was in an excellent location. Alsager is a lovely town, we visited a lovely bakers and had a lovely lunch. Also pubs and couple of restaurants nearby for evening meals. If you like national trust, there's a quaint place called Little Morton Hall worth a visit. The hotel was run by lovely people, and the breakfast can't be faulted. We will definitely stay there again”

“Excellent and very knowledgeable. Started taking my two dogs here years ago as I had a malamute who was putting on weight and was stubborn, my lab just went along for a play. Been going for years for dog swims, our malamute would need a harness on and would have to be held in the pool by staff to make him do his swim workout wheras our lab to this day just runs around jumping in after toys. All ended with a wash and blow dry at £40 for 2, great deal. My mum now takes her border for swim and groom, he was scared of groomers and would snap at clippers previously but he is fine going here for good all over trim, even pulls to get in when on the carpark. My lab also gets very excited when she knows she's going here so must be enjoyable for them too, I love just watching them and chatting to the staff about any dog health concerns I have, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks guys.”
