“I mean its a big patch of grass. Can't really say that much more, can you? Dogs run and kids play, and it is grass so if they fall it isn't a big deal. Who's getting the email alert for this review?”
“Looks stunning. Clevedon beach doesnt have the clearest of waters but its a nice place to spend time with your family. Go for a couple hours then head back home. Worth it :)”
“Shelves were full, clean shop and friendly quick service”
“Great local park and centre. Came for Alfresco Discos Play event.”
“Great for walking my dog. Some friendly people, just be aware that some people don't control their dogs”
“I just looked online to re-book with Cotswold Lake Houses for next summer and we were shocked to see some negative reviews. It feels as if we have been somewhere else altogether. We all had a wonderful week in this beautiful countryside! As part of a larger family group, we rented both Sandpiper and Beaver Brook. Both houses were very well equipped and the welcome goodies were a great way to keep the kids busy whilst we unpacked. So much to do on the estate! The kids would say swimming was their favourite bit of the holiday, for me it would be sitting on the balcony at Sandpipers, watching the world go by over Somerford Lagoon. It was Heaven, I have not been put off at all, we definitely will go back there this year.”
“Lovely shade of green limestone with good views at the summit. Climbed to the top without oxygen assistance a few times now.”
“Lovely spacious playfield with lots of entertainment for kids. No cafe on site but there is a changing room and toilet to use. Very nice day out :)”
“Great place ran by wonderful people.”
“Not only was the food here cheap and delicious, but the service was quick and welcoming. I showed enthusiasm about having a good portion and a very healthy portion I received. It filled me right up (in the best way). My order was perfect, in temperature, tastiest, texture, timeliness and quantity. I would highly recommend Oxford Grill if you’re wanting that gorgeous taste of doner for dinner!”
“Very good food fast service staff very friendly”
“We went in on a Saturday and it had already been a busy night but the service & food was brilliant. They don't have starters on the menu so we requested some Sides to be served as starters which they did. They were great & set us up ready for the mains. Pork belly bites were melt in the mouth, chicken bites with the gravy mayo was lovely and fresh & the Jalapeno poppers were banging! The burgers were superb! Dont your time adding any sauces to the burgers until you have tried them how they are served first! The flavours were amazing and it definitely didn't need any additional sauces. 5 start food & 5 start service! Looking forward to my next visit, maybe try out the steak specials”
“Had a lovely meal there, I had Bacon & Avocado Sandwich and Bob had Ham, Eggs & Chips. They were both very generous and really good. Also at the time they had a big Gromit hiding outside.”
“Very welcoming and kind place. The staff is very helpful and kind. I wish to see more places like this. We will come back for sure Cakes were nice too. Thanks for the great atmosphere as well”
“We had a large party of 11 people on a late Sunday meal. The ambience was absolutely wonderful, our host was attentive and I have to say Tom looked after us fantastically! We will definitely be back the food was delicious perfect village location and incredibly hospitable. A true gem locally.”
“Delicious, authentic flavors with perfectly balanced spice. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Fast service and great value—highly recommended for anyone craving real Chinese/Chongqing-style food!”
“A very vintage traditional Italian family restaurant, love their food. The roof top area is also cool and relaxing. You must try the family pizza, the size of this pizza is unbelievable. But sorry to hear that they are going to closed down in January as they have to been force to move out Trye property after they have been there fire over 50 years.”
“I ordered a sauce for my noodles, which wasn't to my liking. I voiced my displeasure, and one of the workers Ahmed, took it from me and mixed it with another sauce and it came out lovely. Brilliant service from him, and greeted me and my friends with a smile on his face at 12am!”
“Has to be one of the best fish and chip shops about. Great portion sizes - sometimes you get a huge portion of chips you can't eat and a small fish. These guys do amazing chips, and the fish is always stunning. Highly recommended!”
“Popped in for a quick bite to eat. Just ordered two side dishes and a sausage for the dog. Liam was incredibly helpful and polite. I’ll certainly be sure to pop in more often when passing in the future”
“Genuinely fantastic, so delicious and good portion sizes too”
“Outside and weather dependant but we had great conditions. It was popular and a real treat for my family. Glad we got the family ticket for £50 and then 1 more child plus booking fee. Some just paid on the day and queued. An hour is enough. There were enough skates for everyone. Good times and good vibes. Merry Christmas!”
“Laura Place Fountain, right in the middle of a roundabout at Great Pulteney Street and Henrietta Street, is a charming spot in Bath. Built in 1877 to celebrate the Bath and West of England Society, it was meant to be a grand column but was changed into a fountain. The design is simple but elegant, with a square basin and a central pedestal topped with a lead ball. Over the years, it’s faced some damage, especially from traffic, but it's been restored a few times. Despite being in the middle of a busy roundabout, it still manages to be a peaceful little corner where you can take in some of Bath’s beautiful Georgian architecture. It’s a nice place to stop for a moment of calm in the city.”
“Perfect place for kayaking, most of the rowing people are friendly but some think they own the river”
“Consistently good food. The food delivery is always quick and the order is accurate. Good portion size for the price and they're always willing to modify dishes (for example to cook a fried rice without including egg).”
“Great little landmark. Lovely view of the skyline.”
“My Sister Gail and myself, Belinda, had a lovely meal on Saturday evening. The food was brilliant, the atmosphere and the service was outstanding. Thank you”
“First visit! Food was excellent, great atmosphere and great service! Really good quality food at very reasonable prices”
“Had a lovey few days at Watersmeet, very peaceful. Great location for North Somerset attractions. Friendly owners, clean facilities, level spacious pitches. We also had some beautiful sunsets. Will definitely stay again.”
“We stayed here whilst attending a wedding over the road. The pub has a limited number of rooms in a separate building to the side. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with coffee/tea making facilities and well appointed shower room. We couldn't fault it. As for the pub itself, I had a quick look around when returning our room key. All I can say is that I wish it was my local! A really cosy and classic old English village pub. Thank you.”
