“I've use this place quite a lot and the staff I've dealt with Jordan, Amelia, Taylor have been really helpful, friendly dealing with my enquiries and purchasing of stuff from, kitchens, doors joinery, which is high quality, the other thing is if you order a kitchen and there's things missing they carry a good selection of parts at their depot, unlike some places I know where you have too wait weeks and sometimes months.”

“We have just spent 3 nights at The Royal and after reading the reviews I was very apprehensive about what it would be like so my expectations were not very high. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival and our room was lovely. Large room, comfy bed and nice bathroom. It was cleaned to a high standard every day. Once the staff member arrived Scooby went mental as he was fussed and loved by her who then went above and beyond providing treats for Scooby then we managed to provide her a box for a hedgehog she has rescued on the way to us We then sat down to eat and OMG my only regret is I only ordered one burger not because of the size but because I wanted to enjoy it more later I was very impressed with the burger I took a bite then fort o hang on I better take a photo for review hahaha The dirty fries were sheared which was amazing we will definitely returning! Really reactive to any questions and requests and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location is great. Really lovely area with plenty of nice coffee shops, pubs and places to eat. We usually order online for in-store collection and find most items are available on the same day. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have had to return a few items over the years and have always found this to be a fairly straightforward and painless experience. The shop shares a car park with the wider retail park which can get busy at times. The car park is usually much quieter in the evenings and I have always been able to park fairly close to the entrance. Staff are usually happy to help you take larger items to your car if necessary. There are a couple of disabled spaces near the shop entrance. As these are quite limited, you might want to try to visit at a quieter time of day if you will need a disabled space.”
