Pet hotel in Hull

“My wife and I found ourselves hungry and tired from walking around the marina area which is a revelation to see it so much changed. (I am 81 tears old and was born in the city of Hull and know a lot about the place). We called in at the hotel to see if we could get a light lunch and were greeted warmly and our dog was welcomed as well. The meal was superb and the pizza was by far the best I had ever been served anywhere. The staff were helpful and the place was warm and clean. We were served by a guy called Adam. We will certainly return. Robin Taylor.”

“We attended my sisters 60th birthday party at Embassy on Saturday night and would like to say what a fantastic evening it was from start to finish. The room was set out lovely with ample seating to accommodate all the guests, Louise ensured additional chairs were available as guests arrived. Even though there was a high demand for service at the bar, with the odd undesirable being rude and demanding, the bar staff handled things remarkably well and performed their duties professionally at all times in a polite and friendly manner. The prices at the bar were very reasonable and the standard of the alcoholic drinks were good. We were at a table of 16 and there was not one word of complaint regarding the price or standard. The buffet was plentiful and constantly re-stocked as the food was consumed. The choice of food was fantastic and a high standard and very enjoyable. There were many overloaded plates around the room. Once again from our large table of guests not one negative comment was made. The music from the DJ was responsive to the taste of the guests and his playlist accommodated everyone, this was evident from the constant flow of people enjoying themselves on the dance floor. The atmosphere on the night was very relaxed and comfortable and it seemed that the vast majority of people were having a fantastic night to celebrate my sister Paulines 60th birthday Would like to thank Embassy club and all the staff on shift that night for making the night special for my sister‘s birthday”

“Great price, really nice staff, no noise, the room we had was very space, fresh and there were two toilets which was quite convenient. TV in both bedroom and living room so we could be flexible with where we were. We also appreciated the water tank just outside the room, much needed! And very central so just walking for around the corner will lead you to shops and the malls. Highly recommend!”

“Our rooms been booked for us to stay and we met Angie on arrival. She direct us to our rooms, explained what should we do in case key is not working and been absolutely star of the day with her smile and hospitality. Rooms are clean, warm and welcoming.”

“Could not fault the staff. The day before we stayed we had a phone call to ask if it was a special occasion, it was my daughters birthday, they put treats in my daughters room and gave her a card. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. This is the best Premier Inn we have stayed in and that is down to the staff.”

“From the first phone call with Andrew who catered for my requests upon this visist. I Stayed here whilst on a driving course.... The staff were lovely. Special shout out for Lindsey at Breakfast who was very warm and welcoming every morning, even at 630!. Also the young lady on the leisure centre desk who remembered me and my room number even after one visit. Too employees who just go that extra bit to make guests feel welcome. “Stayed 1 night here on the 18th July. Hotel easy to find . Price of parking was very reasonably for 24hrs. On arrival staff were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond. Rooms were very clean and tidy . Breakfast was continental .Good variety of food . The Italian restaurant was so delicious and had an offer on so very reasonable. We will stay here again”

“From meeting Caroline for the very first time I knew our 2 year old labradoodle would be in excellent safe care. Caroline is simply fantastic, her love for animals is clear to see and her expertise put me at ease on leaving Martha for the first time. During our 2 week holiday we received regular messages and video updates which were wonderful, I know Martha enjoyed the level of home comforts and exercise she is used to. I’d highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking for home boarding.”

“Had a very pleasant stay. I stayed for 10 days. The price was reasonable.The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. When I had an issue with hot water in my room they let me use the shower in the adjacent room. Overall had a very good experience and would highly recommend.”

“This is a caravan park, loads of space between units - lots of electric pitches - water close to units - beautiful open setting surrounded by trees. Large undercover area with seating to sit if raining - / 2 x loos, disabled friendly & clean. 2 showers with hot water and central heating / fab facilities”

“Our boys had an amazing time at Top Dog Kennels! Throughout their stay I had regular updates on how they were getting on, including some beautiful pictures taken by Katie and Darcy! Will definitely use them next time we want to go away. The dogs are so well looked after, all home comforts including beds, usual food and toys go with them so it’s like a home from home. Very impressed! Their attention to detail and devotion to the service makes them the best hands to leave your loved pooches in.”

“We were greeted by Warren the host who made us feel very welcome and even offered to drive us to our family BBQ if we couldn't get a taxi. We were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean with ensuite. The breakfast room was full of goodies, even pots of jam and marmalade for sale. The location was excellent, picturesque and well worth a visit. We are already planning a return trip.”

“Our stay at Green Meadows Park was absolutely perfect! My wife and our dog just spent the most amazing, relaxing few days at one of their Spa Pet Lodges. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Stephen, the owner, greeted us with such warmth and made sure we had everything we needed, while also giving us the privacy to unwind. The accommodation was impeccable—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared with a lovely welcome hamper, including sleep masks for the roof light, which was a great touch. The hot tub was a real highlight, and Stephen ensured it was always in top condition, popping by each morning for maintenance. The grounds are beautifully kept, with charming little rabbits hopping around, and plenty of space for walking our dog (on a lead, of course). It was a true haven for us and our four-legged friend. I cannot recommend Green Meadows Park highly enough. It was easily one of the best British holidays we’ve ever had. If you stay here, don’t miss out on visiting The Spotted Duck just across the road—their cooked breakfast was exceptional, and the service was wonderful.
