The facilities looked clean, secure, and well designed. At the end of the day they were completely honest that they didn't think our dog was best suited to a kennels environment. Staff took lots of time to help put her at her ease, but it didn't work out in this case. “We had the nicest experience going to find our first ever snake. We still had many questions all of which were answered so nicely and patiently. Didn't try to sell us things we didn't need or want (like a certain other Reptile Shop we visited). We felt so welcomed and just genuinely like our custom was wanted.
